I ordered a dog bed from them. I was over charged and haven't received the bed ordered in February
I bought a dog bed. The bill stated when I submitted it 35.00. My email summary stated 87.00. I looked at my bak statement and paid 87.00. Thats fine I wanted the bed. I ordered it in February. It is now almost may and have not received the bed. I then was charges 12.97 for a "monthly service" I knew nothing about. I have emailed the company multiple times and they have emailed me back 2 times saying its coming. It has not come yet.

I would like a refund so I can buy a bed somewhere else

I ordered a pet bed on March 25 2020. I have called several times in regards to the bed not being delivered. Still no bed. Checked tracking no. Also
Paid 56 dollars for bed and the money has come out of my account but as of 1 month later still no bed. I have tracking number and checked several times to no avail. All I want is the bed but not getting anywhere can you help

Company charged my credit card $87, however, the product I ordered, was advertised $20.
I've contacted them at least 12 times, won't refund me!
I made a purchase on 4-1-20, it was for a dog bed that was advertised as $20. I then received an email thanking me for my purchase and my card is being charged $87. I instantly emailed the company, no reply, it was probably 3 emails later that I received another email saying they'd refund me 50%, and that I'd love the dog bed. I told them I don't want the bed, I want my money back.... since then, 12 emails later, I have yet to get a refund and/or correspondence!
Very misleading advertisement, I've threatened to report them to Revdex.com, still no reply!
I only want my $87 back! Oh, and for the record, I haven't received the blanket either. I told them to NOT send a dog bed, don't want it, I just want my money back!

I contacted my credit card company, ***, and they refunded my Acct, however, since I reach out to you, they put another charge on my credit card, so they are filing a dispute, and for the second charge, they are filing it as fraud.

I still have not received my "product". Thank you for your time with this, as well as letting me know what's happening with my claim.

This company basically tricks you into thinking that you are purchasing something at a discounted price, but as soon as you place the order, it charges you at a higher cost. One example is I thought I was buying a dog bed for about $30 - $35 with maybe taxes and shipping. When I hit submit order, the payment review shows it was $80 something dollars! I contacted them to dispute this order, and they said they would give me back $20 of the cost. So, I decided to keep the order. But, this order was placed on April 6th and it's now April 27th, and I still do not have my order!!!! This company is horrible!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered two dog beds on 26 feb 2020. Received one bed about 5 weeks later and still have not received the other. I called multiple times and I am always told it is on the way. I asked for a refund since I still haven't received after 6 weeks and they say they can't process that until I return the item I have still not received. Awful customer service and no real tracking numbers. They claim they are from los angels on website but actually based in China!! Complete rip off not to mention they will charge you 12.47 a month after ordering for some bogus subscription luckily I found that out when I first called and was able to cancel that!! Don't do business with them

I placed an order on 4/7. They took immediately my $87. I am 73 years old and live on social security. SAD that they can get away with this!

I called them on 4/22/20 after I seen I was being charged another $12.47 for something I was unaware of told them to cancel anymore deductions from my account. When asked about my purchase of pet bed $87.00 never got a straight answer as to where or when I would recieve it. I just want a complete refund of my $87.00 and $12.47 and would never do business with you ever again.

I called the company after being hung up once I let them know I wanted a full refund which they finally did deposit 87.00 back into my account.

Order a dog bed for 50% off. After getting my info they immediately took $67.00 (full price) out of my acct. Then they automatically signed me up for a vip status and said in 30 days they will take $49.00 out of my account every month. I tried to email them but it wouldn't go thru. When I first ordered I seen a phone number, but when I looked for it, it was gone. I went back to the Facebook page and looked at the comments and there was hundreds of people that said it was a scam and that they had ordered but never got the merchandise. They would call them and they would give them a runaround. I got the phone number from one of the complaints. All these people were overcharged and never received the merchandise. This company goes under several different names I noticed, but all of them are selling the same dog bed I ordered.Thank you***

I order a dog bed on 2/28/2020 for $87.00. It's now 4/21/2020 and still no bed. I have also been charged $12.42 for what!!
I order on 2/28/2020. Called them back 5times only for them to tell me it's on the way and have me a bogus tracking #. I also noticed they charged me an additional $12.42, for what!!
Days I've called and spoke to someone are: 3/16/20, 3/25/20, ( this time they said my item should be at postal office by March 25th/26th), 4/16/20 and again today 4/21/20. Today they're not answering calls it's just a recording telling you to wait cause the call volume is more then normal. I think this is crazy!!! We have been receiving all other items we order online. I just want the bed for my dog but this this ridiculous. If I cant get my merchandise I want my money back please.

I put the amount on a debit card from my checking account on April 8, 2020 - they tried to cancel the check on May 6th, but the check was not from Look N. Shoppe. It came through the bank as ***, so, naturally, I thought it was a scam and I went to the bank as a fraud and they returned my money.

We ordered a dog bed, they charged our account. We were supposed to receive the bed in 7-10 days and still have not received it 7 weeks later.
We ordered a dog bed on march 2nd. They charged our account March 4th. It said it would take 7-10 days to receive and we still havent received it 7 weeks later. We've tried to call customer support to get a refund and the wont refund us our full amount. They keep putting us on hold and then eventually hanging up. Our order number is 105746. The amount charged to our checking account was $50.95. They claimed to be a United States business but everything we are reading now says otherwise.

I would have rather had the item but this will do, after waiting 4 months with no respomse

Deceptive sales marketing, as follows: prices, company location, shipping practices, and customer service practices
Company is deceptive and when ordering, the prices are slashed (in red color) but at checkout prices return to full price. Extra charges are applied as a VIP (extra monthly charge). No choice to opt out or what it is. Cannot stop order once it flips to full price. Any emails to customer service and responses takes 1-2 weeks for reply. Dog beds advertised as veterinary approved with great information about veterinary approval but is it true? Company has a California address but ships from China. Still have no items. Company gives you tracking # but when you track the # it asks the customer to choose from a list in which you want it delivered. Shouldn't company know that already? I have no idea who is supposed to deliver the beds.

They did credit my account in full!

The tracking is bogus. I paid *** on 3/14/20. Spoke with *** at 10:50am 4/20/20 who said no refund unless you return the beds. Never got 2 beds.
I ordered a red & purple dog beds in large and medium and I paid *** on March 14, 2020. I called XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoke to *** who told me that the beds were going to be delivered today, Monday April 20,2020 (According to Tracking Website 17 Track All in one Package Tracking). However, the tracking number belongs to NO COMPANY, Not FEDEX, UPS, nor USPS. So there is no package. She told me to call back in 2 days to get a Return Merchandise Authorization. Or in order to get a refund you MUST RETURN THE MERCHANDISE.

I had previous correspondence via email regarding the delivery and was offered a 25% discount on the total cost on 3/30/20 and 4/5/20. I was offered that discount again today but I don't want that. On the tracking website, on the 4/19 entry it stated that the shipment has been loaded and is on its way and there was an attempted delivery by FEDEX. But there was no tag left indicating a delivery attempt, therefore there was not a delivery. The same was said about 4/20/20. I called FEDEX, and confirmed via their International Delivery Unit that the tracking number of LBRMPXXXXXXXXXXYQ does not exist in any form in their system. It also does not exist in UPS, nor USPS. I want a total refund.

After many months of trying to obtain the purchased beds I am hoping to get the refund mentioned above of the purchase price and the subscription service. I am very happy that this company responded to Revdex.com and indicated their intentions. Thank you.

On 2/29/2020 I ordered a large dog bed for *** On 3/19/2020 I recieved an email stating that my item was shipped. It is now 4/21/2020 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ITEM!!! I am now being charged a *** Monthly Subscription Fee that I was NOT made aware of! I am going to call my bank and have the charges reversed if possible. This company is terrible! They advertise a product, take your money, don't deliver on their obligations then charge your account a "hidden" *** Monthly Subscription Fee! BE AWARE.... I ordered in March 2020, Still no product, and still they charged me for VIP when I cancelled. Then say they can refund me 25% of my $113 purchase. Also if I wanted to return product I had to pay the shipping...wtf. This company's bogus. Do Not Order from them

I'd leave them no stars if possible. This company is not a scam, but operates like one. I was linked to them through instagram with a product that looked good. The site I was direct to was a micro-site strictly for the product I saw on instagram. I made the purchase online. I never received an email confirmation or an order number. After several months I charged back against my card since I never received the product. Within a week of charging back on the card I received another charge for $12. A few days later a package showed up with a product that didn't even resemble the product I had ordered. The product was delivered directly from China. Again, no information was included with the product. Now their site doesn't seem to exist, so not sure how to return the "product" they sent me.

I ordered 2 beds on 2/28 it is now 4/19 and the beds have not been received, last tracking date was 3/ 20, stating that the beds have been shipped, I realize that covid-19 has slowed shipping but, this is beyond belief, now I just want a full refund on my order(XXXXXX) Never will I buy from this Company again; in fact if I knew the beds were from China I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place.
