Bad shipping or not shipped at all. I want my money or my dog bed I spend 87 dollars on.

I order a dog bed on 4/18/2020 for $87.00. It's now 5/27/2020 and still no bed. I order on 4/18/2020. Called them back 5times only for them to tell me it's on the way and have me a bogus tracking #. Days I've called and spoke to someone are: 5/16/20, 5/25/20, ( this time they said my item should be at postal office by May 25th/26th), 5/26/20 and again today 5/27/20. Today they're not answering calls it's just a recording telling you to wait cause the call volume is more then normal. I think this is crazy!!! We have been receiving all other items we order online. I just want the bed for my dog but this this ridiculous. If I cant get my merchandise I want my money back please.

On 04/16/2020 I purchased 2 cat beds and a dog bed from Look N Shoppe which I have not recieved but they have taken payment of $78.80.

Below is a copy of the email I received for the ordered products which I have not received. It has been over 5 weeks since order was placed. I sent an email on May 19,2020 to customer service requesting assistance but I have not heard from the company. I sent another email today May 27,2020 to customer service asking for assistance again. If the products are not going to be delivered than I would like a refund in full.

This site is a scam! Shame on you. Ordered a dog bed and never rreceived it and they tried to hook me into a monthly charge.

Placed an order on April 11th, have not recieved order or refund.
Either would do at this time.
I placed an order on April 11th, the add that was used to place the order was misleading as it charged me more then I was expecting.
I was actually contacted quickly in this manner and a partial refund was put back on my debt card.
Since this time I have tried contacting someone several times and have recieved no response except for one time from a *** who was apologizing and saying the order would be checked into. I have heard nothing since then and have received nothing as ordered.
I ordered 3 dog beds and was charged 129.27.
At this time I would be happy to have my money back and cut my losses of saying this company would receive any of my business again.

Desired Outcome

I am happy to get my money back at this time, 129.27 refunded would be fine. My only other concern is that after ordering online for this order my card was compromised a week later and my card has since been replaced by a new debt card. If other ways of sending my money back can be handled I would be happy to do so.

I am more then happy to get my money back, but as explained in my recent email to you and the business the debt card that was used for the order was compromised online a week later and the card had to be replaced by a new card.

I would need to get my money back by different means then the debt card that was used at that time.

Please understand I do not by any means want to be difficult with this process, but I am being honest and would like my money back.

I paid for 2 dogs beds and never received them! Contacted the company several times and they have not responded. Scam!!

Ordered 2 dog beds and only received one because of incomplete address from sender
Order dog beds at the end of February shipping very delayed finally received one dog bed at the end of March. Bed with tracking #*** was sent With an incomplete mailing address. I have called the company on many occasion to get this taking care of and *** was told to call the Post Office, Post Office said There is nothing like and you because it doesn't have an address. I have asked the temp and I to either refund my money or to send a replacement and have been told on several occasions that someone will contact me via email and that has not happened. All I want is what I paid for in feel like the blame lies with them since they did not provide a physical address only a zip code. It is also very deceiving that a package is coming from China when the address on the website is Los Angeles California

Ordered a dog bed 2 months ago and still have not received it. I cannot get a reply from anyone at the company.
I ordered a dog bed on March 29, 2020 and still have not received it as of May 19, 2020. This company's ad was misleading as it was advertised at a *** price and the price ended up being *** at checkout. I received a tracking number and shipping information to find out that the product was being shipped from China! I have waited and waited, tried to contact them over 7 times now and have been on hold over three days for an hour at a time until the system shuts off and hangs me up. I did a call back and it called me back and hung up when I answered. No one was there. I have sent four email inquires with no replies back, just a ticket number issued. There is no one there. I did reach someone by phone this morning and once she took my email address she hung up on me. I have called three more times today and can't get through; and I don't believe I will. The tracking number; which I don't believe is even real, shows my product arriving in the US on April 28, 2020 and then nothing has been reported since. This company is a scam and needs shut down. They automatically subscribe me to a monthly service, even though I opted out by paying the shipping. If you opt for free shipping they automatically enroll you in a service, that they don't provide, for *** per month.

I either want the product or want a refund. I would also like my personal infomration released from their company. They should be shut down.

I placed an order on line late April, never received confirmation of order but they charged my card

I finally received my order. It took 8 weeks to arrive after my credit card was charged. Never received a response from website contact. I will never order from this company again, bad service.

I ordered dog beds on line in April. I've still not received the beds and want a refund. I cannot get a reply
On April 3rd I ordered 2 dog beds from Look N Shoppe. First off I was miss led by the ad about the price, I contacted their customer service department and was assured I would be refunded 25%. I gave not received the refund nor the dog beds. I was also charged for VIP status which I asked not to be a part of. I just want my money back. This is too much of a hassle.

I ordered two dog beds. One for living room, one for bedroom for my old dog friend. The prices were not stated in the web site listing, just price "start at" for different sizes. I was looking at xxl. I was shopping color, size, price etc., and went to REVIEW ORDER. WELL, the order seem to AUTOMATICALLY place itself. Company sent email thanking me of my order of 2 dog beds for *** OUTRAGEOUS!! I immediately called the company and spoke to nice lady. I asked TO CANCEL just placed order. She say CAN'T DO. Can discount. 4/28/2020 Order#XXXXXXXXXXXXXX AMX Transaction ID they did discount *** to my AMX CARD tr#*** However I have NOT received any product. Nor shipping info thereof. I have emailed co. asking for update on product. In return get some GENERIC response from a ZENdesk Text Answering Service saying they have reviewed my request and will be in touch with me about the email I sent AFTER conferring with committee members NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. I couldn't really afford the dog bed, just wanted to provide comfort for my old dog friend. I certainly CAN'T AFFORD to be SCAMMED!!

The company Look N Shoppe LLC refunded all the money I had invested in their overpriced and undelivered dog beds, for this I am satisfied with the outcome. They requested I send proof (pictures to prove I only received 2 of 3 beds...which I did on 5/6..by 5/12 I still received no response from there customer service from my 5/6 email...so on 5/12 I sent another request asking for a refund of $60.75 for the bed I never received. By 5/14, I still haven't received any correspondence from the company stating what they intend to do. On 5/14, I called their customer service group to verbally request a refund and their customer service rep kept telling me they couldn't refund me my money until they investigated my issue. It has been a week, plenty of time to review my email and investigate my issue. When I kept asking to talk to their manager they would put me on hold and then I would be disconnected. I want a refund of $60.75 for the XL bed that I paid for and never received.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of $60.75 for the XL dog bed I never received...It took them over a month to receive the original order. I am not waiting another month for them to get the order right, I want a refund.

The website on social media does not show prices until I clicked continue and it was submitted. I emailed to cancel but still no refund.
After it showed me I ordered, they took the money out of my account immediately. I emailed them then and many times since to cancel and refund my money. This was April 16,2020 and I still have not received my money or the product. I told them I did not know the cost until they submitted the order. I would not have ordered anything without overlooking the prices or the order. I do not want the order and I do not want to be charged a monthly fee and I want my money refunded to my account in full.

Desired Outcome

I want my full refund of $217.60 and not to be charged a monthly fee of $12.47. I do not want the products.

Ordered dog bed February 23. It said made in USA. It was not. Still do not have product or refund. Almost three months ago.
I ordered a god bed on 2-23-20. To ship in 7-10 days. Two weeks later I emailed and called. Was told it was shipping from China. I asked for a refund and to opt out if the membership they were going to charge me monthly for. The said couldn't issue full refund as it had already shipped but could refund 25%. I declined as I still didn't have the bed. Few weeks later I tried calling and "disconnected" several times. Then received an email stating that it had just shipped so they couldn't offer a full refund. Well it is now almost three months since I ordered. Still no sign of the bed. I only wanted it because it advertised as made in USA. And since I still don't have it would like a full refund.

I was finally issued a full refund. And after Three months the bed did arrive. Thank you Revdex.com for your help.

Ordered a dog bed back on 3/24/2020. Numerous emails to them with a response on some that it's under review. Called and was told it had been shipped. They put another charge on my account for $12.95. I was able to get that refunded. Called today, 5/14/2020. Refused to give me a refund. Said it's in the mail. Same thing I was told a month ago. The company is in California and I live in Arizona. Eventually she said she would reissue 10.00 and then $20.00. I told her I wanted my $41.00 pd back in full. She said I'd have to wait and return the item. There is no item Item. This is a scam. Buyer beware.
