the customer service department by phone several times and has been on hold for
long periods of time, causing him to hang up*** *** was charged a $
late fee for making a payment on February 14, 2016, when the payment due was
February 13,
Resolution: I apologized to *** *** for the frustration
and advised that the $late fee has been removed*** *** also expressed how unnecessary the
late fee was since he paid the minimum payment one day late, I explained that
our credit system unfortunately does not have a grace period for payments
due. This resolved his concerns

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have attached a screen shot from the Macy Website in which I purchased the hutch online After two weeks of arguing with them, it appears they now have altered their website and changed the language from two Rattan baskets to "as alternate open display storage" I and my husband spent hours talking to them and only want what was displayed and clearly stated on their website at the time of our purchase, but have since been changed I am disgusted with the integrity of Macy's and how deceptive they are being.If I could purchase the Rattan baskets outide of Macy's I would, but the opening is only 5" and every basket online is 5" Hard to find a Rattan basket that is 4" height Regards,

*** *** brought to our attention that she had a problem with her car. We both agreed to have the vehicle fixed at no charge to her. Shortly after that she came into the dealership and said she still wasn't satisfied. We agreed to let her out of the contract which we didn't
have to do. Her down payment was refunded the next day. *** *** went out of his way to satisfy *** *** his customer satisfaction is excellent

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Unfortunately they account is not being reported correctly and as such it is an FCRA violationThe FCRA states you cannot report inaccurate or incomplete information to the credit bureausAs such it is reporting inaccurately because you have reported late payments to *** & *** for February 2017, March and April Since the account was settled in full in February there should not be any derogatory indicators for these monthsFurthermore the "current status" must be changed to paid as agreed as the account has been "paid as agreed" "resolved" "satisfied in full""Charge off" does not correctly reflect accurate reporting of this account.Since this account is reporting inaccurately it is violating the FCRAAs such I once again, respectfully, request that you submit a UDF to the credit bureaus advising of the removal of the informationIf the account continues to report inaccurately I will be consulting with a credit attorney in my area to proceed with a small claims court case
