Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I was finally able to gain access to my account after a month of no responseHowever, I was charged a late fee on my account even though I have expressed over and over again that I needed to see my statements and verify the charges before making a paymentCustomer service again has redirected me to different departments and refused to remove the late fee chargeThis behavior is absurd! Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] this is my second report to the Revdex.com on the same issue from Macy'sI thought my first complaint had been addressed and resolved and now Macy's is trying to recharge me for a charge on a product I never receivedI was contacted by a woman from the corporate headquarters in Ohio and she assured me my refund had been issued and she also sent me a $Macy's gift card to apologize for the inconvenience Macy's has continued to cause meToday I received a message from my credit card company telling me Macy's is recharging me once again for this product I NEVER RECIEVEDI thought this issue had been resolved and now these very rude and unprofessional customer support people from Macy's are continuing to cause my financial strain and a very large amount of anger and stress by continuing to drag on more wrongdoing on Macy's behalfI want the refund reissued to my account and email documentation on it for me and my credit card company so this issue doesn't continue to ariseI'd also like the people doing this to me to be help accountable for their actions in this situationThis has been the worst experience I've ever had with Macy's
