We have confirmed and contacted our resident of their concerns A check was mail on 8/28/due to move out calculation and Resident was notified

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am still awaiting an email or letter with the correct verbiage clearly stating that upon receipt of my payment of $MS renewal will contact NRA their collection agency and have the disouted account removed from all three credit repositories to which they are now reportingI also will need MS Renewal to provide me with a payee and mailing address for me to remit the payment Regards, [redacted]

Our Resident Care Support Team confirmed that the charges in question are valid and have confirmed this information with the Resident

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as you can see how long they took to respond to Revdex.com, it took months No one returned my phone call to request any information I called them back after they left me a voice mail advising to call tem, no information on voice mail was requesting information Also know we're on the website showed the money was not refundable due to their negligenceAlso I was never provided an itemized receipt, which I requested and still want Regards, [redacted]

Per the Lease Contract it was relayed to the Resident that the requested security deposit could not be refunded, however the Resident’s concerns related to maintenance issues have been assigned to a vendor and are scheduled for 5th of September

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Carpets were professionally cleaned and receipt was provided Issue of odor was never on the original reply we reckon June House reaked of smoke when we first moved in and we noted this initially Gutters were cleaned, bushes were trimmed, and limbs in backyard were there when we moved in as noted during our moinspection and provided pictures Request specific information on what drywall was repaired since there was pre-existing damage as noted in videos and pictures that was never properly repaired Request a specific list of what was repaired, cleaned, etcto compare against original mochecklist, original repair requests, and evidence we have provided Regards, [redacted] ***

In reviewing this request with our national move out team, the resident had been provided the correct information regarding the move out process and paint colors prior to the lease end date Although there was minor confusion at the local level in which reimbursement has been arranged, the resident was provided with the tools and information to prevent any incorrect charges on the move out calculation and therefore no additional compensation will be provided at this time

I found a rental home in Fort Myers, Florida I visited Main Street's website and learned it was the only property in the area Main Street had available I contacted the company, looked at the home, and put in an application the next day on line (The only way of applying for the home is on line) I never heard from anyone and after two weeks, contacted the company to learn the property had been rented When inquiring about returning my application fee, since "Someone submitted their application before you" I was told it is non refundable There was absolutely no service completed by Main Street, not even a phone call I contacted the manager in hopes of making the situation right and he told me his staff had contacted me and that he could not refund the money (after I told him I had no contact from anyone)Very unprofessional Beware of a company that takes advantage of consumers by taking funds and not providing any service They knew an applicant had applied for the home and they were processing that application when they took funds from me They acknowledged they did not process my application but put it on "hold" for when another property became availableThey are also well aware, there have no other properties available If they had any customer service, they would have known I was in need of a property within days Thankfully, I was the only adult in the home, or the fees would have been higher Keep this in mind when applying on line and they tell you a property is available

and nothing has been doneI did however get a respond from her that she will work on it, I will not withdraw nor accept the response fro MSR, till I get an offer and things get done.!!!!!
