Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The product that was received was absolutelynothing like what was advertisedI do not want store credit because I do not trust that anything else on the website is going to be as advertised I did receive a response from the company that said if I sent them proof of return they would file a claim I should not have to pay for shipping without a guarantee that my payment will be refunde as well as the cost to return the FALE productI do have a photo that has been sent to the company showing that the product I ordered is NOT the product that was received Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] [I do not accept their responseThe reason is because the package has yet to shipOn Jan11th, - they sent me an email stating that the "package is on it's way"I clicked on the shipping / tracking number, and days later there is still no progress with the package getting to me (see attached)When you check the Shipping Number, there is no status, it just says, "Preparing to ship"They keep saying that they have posted their shipping times in their FAQ and on the product page, yet they are not meeting those statementsThey told me in an email a month ago that their shipping times were 2-weeks, and holidays can make this go longerI ordered this on Oct29th, Their FAQ page states that most products ship 3-days after paymentThis did not occur obviously because I still don't have my packageView their FAQ here: https://mainelybackcountry.com/pages/faqs As for the product page it states 2-weeks for shippingI don't understand why they keep stating that they are communicating the shipping times when clearly they are not meeting those dates when I still don't have my orderIt's not right that they are advertising products that have more than 2-weeks, event weeks or more for shippingWe are now on week for my order, and it has yet to arriveAs a consumer they need to state that it could take up to months for delivery.] Regards, [redacted]
