They have still not replied as to when the last part of the order will ship - nothing in terms of a response. I am shipping back the items that I have and want a FULL refund.  This company needs to be shut down ASAP

I did receive a sweatshirt from this company. The sweatshirt was very poor quality material and construction as well as mis-sized despite ordering based on measurements. It was a woman's size large and didn't fit my 8 year old neice. It looked nothing like the picture posted by the seller.  I NEVER received the watch I ordered. The return policies state 30 day money back guarantee, also on the returns Info page it says returns are accepted for refund. The company is telling me I can not return for a refund, only exchange for another item. The items are junk, j do not want any item from this company. I want a refund as their 30 day money back guarantee states.

 I was told I was going to get my money back. I don't want a store credit. The clothing is horrible and I would never order anything from this unreliable company again. I can no longer contact them. They have blocked me on [redacted] or too many people have found out that they are not a legitimate business.

 It is clearly stated 2-4 weeks on their website for shipping. Then highlighted orders should be placed by November 15th in order to arrive by Christmas. Company has done nothing to compensate for order that was placed on November 7th that I still haven’t yet to receive. Several times I have emailed company regarding shipping issue and was never given straight answer as to when order would arrive yet alone why the item ordered on November 7th hasn’t shipped or arrived. Item was supposed to be a Christmas gift and company has offered no compensation for item not being shipped or arrived in timely fashion or matter even though shipping guidelines are stated on website. It’ll be approximately 8 weeks since I ordered item and still have nothing to show for it.
