I clearly stated in numerous emails that I wanted my order cancelled and refunded because it was well past their shipping policiesThey sent it out after you messaged them and they are not sweatshirts like they wre supposed to beI wanted my money back and I wanted the order cancelled

Mainly Backcountry offered a credit to me via *** messenger. I ordered merchandise to accommodate the offer given - sent several messages. They refuse to confirm the order or to provide shipping information. I have asked several times and they again have stopped communicating. This maddening at this point. I do not want to order anything from them- terrible customer service and I fear that if the items I order this time are not sufficient.....I will again need to go through this process. I would like a refund and I am considering legal counsel

The product that was received was absolutelynothing like what was advertisedI do not want store credit because I do not trust that anything else on the website is going to be as advertised I did receive a response from the company that said if I sent them proof of return they would file a claim I should not have to pay for shipping without a guarantee that my payment will be refunde as well as the cost to return the FALE productI do have a photo that has been sent to the company showing that the product I ordered is NOT the product that was received.

I did receive the product, returned the product as stated on the companies policy page and awaited my store credit Although they say I have a credit, they have not informed me of where the credit is or how to access the credit I don’t have an account that I know of with the company, so I can’t access it Upon trying to message with the company again to “find” my credit, I don’t get a response This whole process has taken months to resolve This issue is not resolved until I can access and use my credit
