[Am I in the twilight zone? All comments made by the business are entirely irrelevant to my central and sole issue: the item sent to me is a verifiably different item from the one that was advertised It is made of different material, it has different cords, it's a different color, it has a different logo, it's worthless I'm unsure how else to say it: this was a scam and I will under no circumstances accept store credit from a store that sends a different item from the one advertised I think this is of basic logic I want to be clear that I will not give up until my money is refunded I was scammed and I am extremely offended that the company continues to refuse to rectify this They will deal with me until they do Attached are the pictures of what was advertised and what I received Anybody with a pulse can see the difference - give me my money back I am no longer asking Thank you. ]

I reject this Response as it has been sitting in a warehouse for weeks Clearly this occurs regularly It is their choice of how they ship their product and not mineThe funds are out of my account and securely in theirs, yet I still do not have a productI expect a resolution in the form of a refund or the product that I ordered ASAP.

[I do not accept their responseThe reason is because the package has yet to shipOn Jan11th, - they sent me an email stating that the "package is on it's way"I clicked on the shipping / tracking number, and days later there is still no progress with the package getting to me (see attached)When you check the Shipping Number, there is no status, it just says, "Preparing to ship"They keep saying that they have posted their shipping times in their FAQ and on the product page, yet they are not meeting those statementsThey told me in an email a month ago that their shipping times were 2-weeks, and holidays can make this go longerI ordered this on Oct29th, Their FAQ page states that most products ship 3-days after paymentThis did not occur obviously because I still don't have my packageView their FAQ here: https://mainelybackcountry.com/pages/faqs As for the product page it states 2-weeks for shippingI don't understand why they keep stating that they are communicating the shipping times when clearly they are not meeting those dates when I still don't have my orderIt's not right that they are advertising products that have more than 2-weeks, event weeks or more for shippingWe are now on week for my order, and it has yet to arriveAs a consumer they need to state that it could take up to months for delivery.]

I have not received all items I have many emails about this with their customer support and they acknowledged I've only received out of items and the items I did receive were not up to standards I was offfered replacements which I have never received either! I only received items and paid for 3!

Mainely backcountry never made an attempt to get in touch with me after they sent me the tracking informationI never received the item, therefore they are lying about me returning the itemThey are now trying to give me a giftcard to purchase something else from themI do not want a giftcard I want a full refund, as I NEVER received the itemYou will see in the attachment's all emails that have been exchanged that no where was I contacted about return of the item and refund policyI emailed them on July 24th that I did not receive the item, and never heard back from them.

The policy "clearly stated" that it would ship in 2-weeksAfter weeks I asked for a cancellation repeatedly and only received a pasted email respinse about shipping in 2-weeksYou shipped it after requests to cancel and after I filed this claimIt showed up yesterday, it is complete garbage and is going back this week

The product was shipped to me, that is not the issueAside from the fact that it took weeks longer than they initially advisedThe issue was that when I sent it back it was returned to senderTheir shipping address was non-existent to the post officeIt was shipped back to me with a notice that it was non-deliverableThey're trying to use the argument that I should have ordered a size upThat's not the issue, even if I did order a size up it would still not fitThe materials used are CHEAP China made and do not reflect what is being advertised in the slightestThen the company tries to stand by their "no refunds on sale items" policy, but they have kept the product on sale for the last months! That seems to me like a way not to allow customers to return itemsNot like they could return them anyways because their package will get returned to them! Mainely Backcountry is a sad excuse for a business and should not be able to sell products that aren't even manufactured in this countryEven their name is as misleading as their products.

I have not yet received 2 of the 3 items ordered on October 24, 2017. I would like a full refund ASAP for my items not received. As mentioned before, if the firm does not have the items in stock then they need to communicate this regularly but when you pay for items and don't hear a word from the company or receive the items after 3 months, it is completely unacceptable.

When I put the tracking number that was provided into  [redacted] website says not a valid  tracking number. I don’t feel that the product will ever ship.
