Their message does not actually address my concerns about their customer service and inability to talk me through returning an itemAt this point I have already shipped the item back to a P.OBox in Maine, and since I have tracking information for it, I know that it arrived safelyI have still not, however received my money back for the returned item, which does fit their criteria for a return since it wasn't on sale

I have never disputed that you sent me the sweatshirtHowever, it looks nothing like the picture on the website, and it is so thin you can see through itA sweatshirt is supposed to be warmYou are falsely advertising these clothes. I don't understand why you think I would want store credit when your products are so poorly made. I was also never told how I could redeem my store creditIn fact, I was told that a manager would be in contact with me about getting a cash refund because I was originally told I could return the itemIt wasn't until after I paid to ship it back that I was told it was a sale item and couldn't be returnedI had emailed with somebody several times already, and should have been told that before I paid to ship itNobody has been in touch. My biggest complaint with your company is your poor customer service and lack of communicationI would just like to be done with you, so please give me my money backIf you stood behind your product at all, you would.

There is no statement on the website regarding shipments coming three months later or being incompleteI only received one item and it has been three months since ordered with no further response from customer service as to when I was getting shipment or why it was lateAgain I still have not received the full order I am missing an item

Revdex.com:The company sent me an email days ago stating that the order had been cancelled. They said nothing, as they state here, about the
credit requiring to days to post to my account, and I have never heard of such a delay to issue a credit.Given the delay between responses to multiple emails stating my request, the original "delay" in fulfilling the order, the current delay to issue a refund, the exact same complaints made by other consumers, and the evidence that this "company" is actually operating from China -- is there anything further the Revdex.com can do in terms of reporting / investigating what appears to be intentional fraud?I remain very concerned and angry regarding what appears to be an ongoing scam. However, I am grateful for your assistance in resolving the issue with my individual order. In fall of 2017, I ordered a product, returned it and never heard back from Mainely BackcountryOnly after I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com did they reach outIn early January, they were to be sending me a new productOnce again, numerous email exchanges inquiring where the product is have been exchanged, and now ultimately they won't respond.I wish to receive the agreed upon product, albeit four months after the replacement was evidently being sent to meIf they cannot produce a product, a refund of my money

The policies portion on the company website never stated that items would take months to be delivered and that customers would not be given a date for which to expect the itemAlso I have not received the entire order, I have only received half of the order and that half I have received took over two months to be deliveredI reject the business response and reiterate my disgust with their business practices.
