I want my money refunded, the dates of the order and delivery are irrelevant. The worthless sweatshirt has been returned and I want a refund, as my order should have been cancelled as requested.

 The company responded with false statements. I have correspondence with this company where I requested a tracking number and was not provided with the information. They claim that there shipping policy is in the FAQs page, the shipping information stats’s that there is a 4-6 week delivery time, this was not the case. After contacting the company several times and requesting a tracking number they blocked me from any/all correspond with. I am happy to provide all correspondence to and from the company.

 No, the site and their emails said 2-4 weeks. They just shipped it today after the complaint. They would not respond when I repeatedly asked them to cancel and refund my order once it was well past the 4 weeks. It will be sent back immediately upon arrival.

I have acknowledged from the beginning that I received the pair of pants that I ordered, although it did take over a month to receive.  I still have not received the sweater that I ordered at the same time.  Please see the attached document that contains a printout of their website stating how long it will take to receive orders.  I also attached a copy of the order along with tracking numbers and a copy of the emails I sent to the company and the one time the responded.  I simply would like my money back for the sweater since I have not received it.

I contacted them 10 times after I contacted you trying to cancel my order wanting only a refund. Only after threatening them with contacting you did I get a response and almost 12 weeks after I submitted my order did they ship it. This is not what is listed on their page. That is a form response they sent me the first time I contacted them.

I ordered a sweatshirt from their website in October and as of the date of the complaint it had not been received (website says to allow 2-4 weeks and it took nearly 3 months).  When it was received it was not the product that was advertised.  I can attach photos of what was ordered and what was received.  I received a cheap knockoff that does not look anything like what I paid for.I understand that they have a no refund policy on sale items, but as they did not even send the correct item I believe I am entitled to a refund.  I'll gladly ship back the sweatshirt as I do not want to see it ever again. After reading reviews of the company (which I should have done before ordering) I've found out that I'm not alone and just one of MANY people that has had to deal with this

I expect a full refund... not all of the items were even shipped.  Please all of the items that did ship were returned and in the original packaging I do not want to purchase anything from this company.  They don't even have a customer service number I am shuffled around via email again and again.  Give me my money back and call it a day.  Emails are vague at best and I am told a manager will contact me nothing! This has been going on since November and Revdex.com should do all that it can to make sure they are not allowed to do business in the USA
