RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] . The company responded with false statements. I have correspondence with this company where I requested a tracking number and was not provided with the information. They claim that there shipping policy is in the FAQs page, the shipping information stats’s that there is a 4-6 week delivery time, this was not the case. After contacting the company several times and requesting a tracking number they blocked me from any/all correspond with. I am happy to provide all correspondence to and from the company. I ordered a sweatshirt from their website in October and as of the date of the complaint it had not been received (website says to allow 2-4 weeks and it took nearly 3 months). When it was received it was not the product that was advertised. I can attach photos of what was ordered and what was received. I received a cheap knockoff that does not look anything like what I paid for.I understand that they have a no refund policy on sale items, but as they did not even send the correct item I believe I am entitled to a refund. I'll gladly ship back the sweatshirt as I do not want to see it ever again. After reading reviews of the company (which I should have done before ordering) I've found out that I'm not alone and just one of MANY people that has had to deal with this Regards, [redacted]
