At this time, I have been contacted directly by Makemytrip.com, Inc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
It is the same situation as alwaysMakeMyTrip contacts me to rebook my tickets with all types of additional fees and fare differenceI should not be paying anything extra except the $feeMakeMyTrip has caused lot of grief and I will be contacting Attorney General's office and Consumer affairs also to help resolve this matter

It appears that I have not received your email dated April *** wherein you have sent the company's response. they have asked me to send the booking id so they could address the issue. Could you let me know if I need to send it to a specific email ID? I have given all the details in the original complaint so they should be able to find it but somehow they seeem to be asking for the booking details again

My complaint has not been resolved yetAfter a month talking to makemytrip, they gave us a rediculuis option which is ticket with early date and hours halt during the journeyWhen we asked why it is hours halt, they responded that your requested date is just one week far, we do not have seats availability in another flightWe told them that if you could resolved this issue a first time when we approach to you, then you could give me a better optionOne of the *** is also agrred on this too but he said our representative should help you the first time when you contacted us but I do not know why they did not help youBut at this point we can't give you another option

This extremely pathetic action from their part
I am not happy with the situation at all and fraudulent attitude of the companyI hope you understand that I cant buy two tickets to go to IndiaThey already got one ticket price which I have paid and not travelingNow I have to pay for another one ?
