 I have still not received my refund checks. Makemytrip keeps saying "they are checking with United Airlines". However, United Airlines has ALREADY sent 2 separate checks to Makemytrip over 1 month ago, in the amounts of $395 & $344. I have already provided the United Airlines Refund Number and Check number, and have emailed the Makemytrip.com Customer Care department the official PDF documents in regards to all these proofs. However, Makemytrip.com keeps on avoiding the topic by saying "We are checking with United; please wait 24 hours" and then they do not respond for up to 1 week. This matter is not going on for close to 2 months. It has been a very disappointing experience and very fraudulent on the part of Makemytrip.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because as per the email sent by business on Dec.[redacted],they already agreed to refund $1100.00 so what matter is being resolved with airlines. As mentioned earlier, the business should deal with airlines on their level and has nothing to do with me. The business should now initiate the refund ASAP as it is already over 2 months. And if they want to take their sweet time, should start calculating an interest on the said amount as there is no reason to delay the refund.

[The money is still not refunded to my account, I called customer service and they still don't have any update except trying to give me false information that they have been telling for so many days that accounting team is reviewing the details. Customer service team is still not replying to my emails with any concrete update. So basically NO action is still taken and when they have all my information with them why they need so much time to transfer money. In this world when everything is instant makemytrip should not take more than a day to transfer funds in my account and I have been waiting for over 40 days after british airways have already paid them on **-FEB-2015.I need my funds with interest/penalty now. Very very disappointed.]

I received an email this morning from makemytrip asking for my telephone number stating that the one they have on file does not work. Although, they have called me numerous times on the same number on file, they claim it is not working. That is not correct. However, being cooperative as I have always been, I have provided my telephone number(s) to contact me but so far I have not received a call from them. Until, they call and rebook my tickets, I do not consider this case resolved. I am waiting for makemytrip to call me.Regards,[redacted]

Thanks for your reply. I have not been offered any resolution from the business so far. They have asked me to provide some documentations (ticket and boarding passes) in order to provide further assistance, which I have already provided. At this moment, I am not in the position to either accept or reject business's offer as I am still waiting for their final response. Please suggest me if I require any action in order to keep this complaint open.

I am unsure that why the fee is being charged if it was not disclosed at the time of placing rescheduling request. As stated earlier I have attached an email from MakeMyTrip which clearly lays out the charges for rescheduling and there is no mention of a fee. There cannot be arbitrary changes in fees applied at any time.Also, why am I being charged any fee by your agency if you are unable to reschedule our tickets with the original carrier? Please explain. As per terms of carriage, the rescheduling fee was being charged by KLM (the original carrier) who issued the ticket and not by MakeMyTrip (3rd part travel agent in this case). Need your response to better understand legal implications here on the contract from carrier.
