I was sent a letter of Pre-Approval for a $15,LoanI was denied when I applied to try to consolidate my debtI felt like this was a bait and switch type deal and was disappointed that even though I was pre-approved, I was denied
why wasn't I told in advance that there was a dollar banking fee deducted from my loan, I actually needed the whole amount I asked for, why couldn't you add this to the monthly payment
