I contacted UPGRADE LOANS ORIGINALLY on 2/6/in regards to this fraudulent account that was created under my identity for a loan with this companyI have submitted everything that was asked of me to this company in an attempt to close this fraudulent account and to receive my money back that has been deducted from my checking account paying towards this loan that I never applied forThe person handling this case requested an FTC Identity theft affidavit and a copy of my police report which is what I sent to the company along with a copy of the bank statement from the month they are stating the deposit was madeI did not feel comfortable doing this because my identity has already previously been compromised but I submitted the requested information in hopes that the issue was going to be resolvedI contacted them several times since and heard no response and finally today I received an email stating that they are denying my claim because they are not listed on my police report a
