I was in the market for a loan so I asked google to help find a lender and was was referred to Lending TreeI applied online on 1/and chose Upgrade since we matched better than other lenders On 1/I submitted documents as requested and I received confirmation that they had been received On Jan 17th, the documents were again requested and that worried me so I called and spoke to several staff members and finally the documents were matched to my application On 1/18, my application was approved and by 1/the funds were in my account I thought it was a simple transaction I asked for a loan of $for home improvement My credit score was excellent All my bills were checked as well as my bank accounts which did not take long Staff was nice except for *** who hung up on me, by mistake, I hope I think he got frustrated when he could not answer a questionAll in all it was a good experienceI am happy that I was allowed to pay the payments through my bank and not use the autopay
This company took my payment twice talked to the manager *** and he didn’t want to do anything for me ive never been late and I changed my account from auto to me making the paymentHe needs to go back and get some real training on how to be a manager and for customer service dont go with this company they are not willing to do anything for there customers!!! I will be calling there corporate office upgrade inc just lost my business
