The application process was very simple and fastWas approved in less than min and had my money in my account in daysCustomer service was very friendly and helpfulI would have gave them a but I felt my interest rate could have been a little better
I was put in contact with upgrade through an online inquiryThey offered a very competitive rate and the process was very quickThey needed some additional documentation which was easy to upload into their website and I was approved within a couple of daysMoney showed up in my bank account and I was able to payoff higher interest debt
This company took my payment twice talked to the manager *** and he didn’t want to do anything for me ive never been late and I changed my account from auto to me making the paymentHe needs to go back and get some real training on how to be a manager and for customer service dont go with this company they are not willing to do anything for there customers!!! I will be calling there corporate office upgrade inc just lost my business
I was pre-approved for a debt consolidation loan through UpgradeIt started off as a simple experienceUpload this document and upload that documentSeemed like a good fit for us and our financesThis process happened in the span of a few daysNow for the reason why I'm giving it a starI have been contacted by their customer service several times in the passed few daysAll leaving different numbers, and just thanking me for choosing upgrade but I needed to call themEach time I tried to call them, the number they gave me either goes to voicemail or a recording comes on to tell me that it has been disconnectedFinally I call into customer service and talk to a representativeI'm then told they are having trouble verifying my state of incomeI explain to them that I uploaded my check stubs to the websiteThis is when the problem arisesThey tell me that I told them I made X amount, but I actually make an amount lowerI tried to explain to them that I get a bi-weekly commission, so that's where the bump in my pay comes fromI am then informed that if I can't prove I make the amount I originally applied with that I'll be denied for the loanThis is a new recent raise so my previous W-2's wouldn't reflect this informationI then explain I can show them my last months worth of pay stubs to show my income and am told that only the last weeks would validate my payI ask if they can tweak the application to reflect the lower amount then and am told noI'd have to reapply and get hit with ANOTHER hard inquirySo not only am I having to apply at a different company, I'm going to get hit with another hard inquiry, and I'm not getting my original loan amount because the extra inquiry is making me approve for lessThis is very upsetting considering my situation, now I can't pay off the debt I wanted to, and am forced to have two hard inquires for the next two years because they weren't willing to work with me
I decided to respond to Upgrade’s offer to refinance my high interest credit card debt (caused by horrendously high vet bills in the past several months) The process was SO easy.....Upgrade has been wonderful to work with! My finances are now under control, I have a low monthly payment that is very manageableI’d have no hesitation in recommending Upgrade

im still waiting after days, countless documents and then some that they didnt even requesti have to call, email and check in with themi hope this is not a run aroundi have worked in a government agency for years, have bank statements, im educated and have spoken with my so called agent numerous timesi can run circles around him in terms of intelligence however they have told control now that I have a pending app and a credit inquiryi have only read negative reviews....I wish I would have not gone strictly by the rating and checked out the reviews
I submitted an application Sent several copies of the requested documents, even got an email and a phone call regarding the documents I tried to resubmit per their instructions but was not successful The next thing I know there is the money in the checking account No communication I was granted the loan, didn't finish signing the documents as far as I knew because I was being told I needed to submit documents So, so far I am not happy about the level of communication
I call yesterday to get a final payment on a loan I ask for a payment that would be good for days, which I got Today I call after get the money deposited into the bank and was told a high payoff amountI don't believed that the services that I received was the best that could be offer
My father was denied a small personal loan because his English wasn't fluent enoughI called Upgrade on a 3-way call so my father could give his authorization for them to speak to me but that wasn't enoughWhen he couldn't understand one thing that they were asking him and I translated it for him, their rep*** said they won't be able to provide the loan because all of their documents are in English My father is a legal resident who works hard and pays his taxes, yet he is being treated as second class citizenI am an American Citizen and I feel discriminated against
