We found Mason Mechanical on the NATE certification site, and along with other HVAC companies had them give us a workup and estimate From initial contact with their office through the follpost install visit everyone we have had contact with has been unfailingly personable and professional -- great customer service all the way We had Mason replace of our existing heat pumps with new Trane units Joe Cwas our consultant, and he listened to our needs/concerns, was detailed in his woand offered the best re-design and sized units to meet our needs and fix some problem areas we had in the home He was conscientious, knowledgeable, confident in his approach and didn't push add-ons The price was also competitive We felt very comfortable going forward with Joe We were accommodated very quickly, with timeframes given and always had a phone call to keep us posted as to arrival times Ron and Richard were our installers They also were very polite, personable and knowledgeable, keeping us posted as to what was going on with explanations along the way Joe came by twice during the install to make sure we were all communicating and the job was proceeding as planned, and to answer any questions along the way He was a pleasure to work with Our first unit was a difficult install, which made for a long day But Ron and Richard left the job site cleaner than when they arrived They were also very conscientious about treating our home with care, wearing booties and covering the floors and furniture with drop cloths The second day was easier and went just as well as the first Roberto stopped by to help a bit and was equally professional Joe came by for a follvisit to wrap up the install -- he took care of all documentation regarding warranty registration and rebate/credits Jim Ewas the service technician who did our follfine tuning visit to be sure we were operating as efficiently as possible Also a great guy Pretty impressive service from Mason Mechanical all the way around Shockingly good experience Will definitely use them going forward, and can absolutely refer them with confidence
