Mason Mechanical performed its twice yearly service call today. Again, the company is highly trustworthy and ethical. The service technician, Jim E, was on time and very professional. Although he could have easily convinced me to repair a worn part, he suggested that we wait until the next service call. He made some suggestions on how to avoid a condensate drain from overflowing.

Upon arrival I was impressed that everyone was dressed neatly and put booties on their work shoes before they entered the house, which meant that they respected my home. All work was performed efficiently and cleanly which also impressed me. Special thanks go to Joe C. my consultant, and to Richard & Ryan who removed and replaced the old A/C system with a new unit on day one, and Chad & Brett who did the aerosolseal service for the ducts on day two. Both teams of Technicians were exceptional. Mason Mechanical is an exceptional company.

I needed a call-back for a problem. One call to the office and in under one hour I received a call that the service person, Jim, was on his way. He arrive promptly after the telephone notification .

He was neat, friendly and very upbeat. He reviewed my issue and went right to work. He redirected his attention to a drain pipe that had not been addressed and found what he believed to be the blockage creating the condensation to backup and overflow. He cleared the pipe and neatly reassembled the unit. This is the kind of professional attitude and service I have come to expect from Mason Mechanical. They always deliver.

They have installed two units in my home, one in my daughters and one in my neighbors. I am happy to refer them to my friends.

I have just received one of my biannual service visits from Mason Mechanical.as per my contract. Jim E. provided this service. As always Mason Mechanical was thorough and professional. This is the third company with which I have done business since I have been in the valley. The first two invariably found things I needed to fix despite having noticed no previous symptoms of any problems. They were always trying to sell me high end solutions to problems I didn't think I had. Jim E. and Mason Mechanical are the exact opposite. They make me feel like I have a friend trying to save me money on all my heat pump issues. Highly recommended. I don't see myself every looking for another service provider.
