Mason Mechanical is a great company to come fix, replace, or give you service on your air conditioning or heating needs.

I've worked with Jim E. for my home and for my church just in the past two weeks. In the past for 12 years I've worked with other service technicians, and they have done very well, also.

Mason Mechanical sent Challen out to analyze my needs and he did a comprehensive study of our home's needs, including cooling requirements for our home as it is and alternative requirements if we add window tinting or solar shades, or change the windows to double pane. This was quite revealing as it demonstrated additional needs that have nothing to do with Mason Mechanical but could benefit our home and utility bills. We agreed on the work and the company sent Ron and Chad out to install a new heat pump. They were very professional, always wore protective boots to avoid soiling our floors, and completed the installation efficiently. Everything was cleaned up nicely and the new heat pump heats and cools like we would hope.

The team at Mason Mechanical totally knocked the ball out of the park!! Challen in the sales staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation team (Mike C., Roberto, and Jake) were courteous and answered all of the persistent questions;) I will continue working with this company in the future. Job well done!!!

Troy C did a very thorough job of troubleshooting and explaining our air conditioning system to us. He was thorough and took his time checking all phases of the unit. Although we felt we needed a new thermostat he showed the price up front and advised we didn't really need that yet at this point. Very timely and thorough...Thanks Troy!

Brett arrived on time in a great frame of mind ready to do the job. He worked quickly and efficiently all the while explaining what and why it needed to be done. He was able to remedy the problem and fix some minor issues left over from 12 year old construction short cuts.

This is the third time we have called Mason Mechanical for different problems and each time the results have been reasonably priced and effective. They work closely with SRP and help get the available rebates for the work done.

Review: The technician charged my wife 355 dollars for a replacement of a capacitor that took 5 minutes to replaced. After contacting different ac companies and establishing that the fee should have been no more than 150, we believe this company took advantage of the fact that my wife was alone.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and an apology for the unethical practice.
