Worst experience I have ever hadThe salesman came and took measurements a few days before the install then when it came time for the install the attic unit was to big and needed to be replaced with a smaller unit (at no reduction in price), so one more day with no ACThe installers did not cover up anything under the attic access and managed to cover my wife's work clothing with drywall dustThey left the garbage from their lunches in our closet and left garbage from the install (to include sharp metal pieces) laying all over my front yard and driveway The original salesman came back to do a QC inspection and after I told him all the problems we had, he actually had the nerve to ask me to sign a "good job" certificate for the installers so they could get a bonusTwo hours after the QC inspection was completed the unit stopped workingAfter waiting an hour or so for the on call tech to call back he called and asked me to climb up in the attic and tell him what it looked likeTurns out the QC inspector failed to notice the automatic cut off switch was placed incorrectly and that was what turned the system offIt took several follow up visits by Techs to fix the issueSeveral months later the ceiling in my laundry room collapsed from water dripping from the unitSeveral more visits later I was told the issue was resolvedThe same thing happened two more timesAfter the last time the tech who showed up told me there was a $plastic piece that was never installed that could have prevented the problem in the first placeNot only would I not recommend this business to someone I know I would have no problem telling someone I just overheard talking about replacing an AC system why they should not use them

I have been a customer of Mason Mechanical since relocating to Mesa in Repeated high standards by service technicians and office employees when dealing with me have caused me to be a loyal customer Over the last few weeks, I've had service technicians at my house for routine maintenance of my HVAC system Jim Eand Mike Cboth were excellent, professional, well versed, and very knowledgeable of my Trane system The last visit yesterday was somewhat complicated with intermittent issues while Mike Cwas in the attic Persistent troubleshooting led to a wiring issue buried under insulation under the air handler The wiring was original to the house but over years of exposure to a hot attic the insulation became brittle, broke, and caused a direct short between the thermostat and air handler My system is a "smart" system" which digitally communicates with all components which means it requires even more knowledgeable technicians I am happy to report the wiring was repaired, a new condensate drip pan float switch replaced, and verification of proper operation in a four hour period I want to congratulate Mason Mechanical, Jim E., Mike C., Stephanie in the office, Jay, and all the others who I deal with as a customer This company and employees always give 100% towards me, the customer, and I am sure the other customers are no different in how they are treated

I needed a call-back for a problem One call to the office and in under one hour I received a call that the service person, Jim, was on his way He arrive promptly after the telephone notification
He was neat, friendly and very upbeat He reviewed my issue and went right to work He redirected his attention to a drain pipe that had not been addressed and found what he believed to be the blockage creating the condensation to backup and overflow He cleared the pipe and neatly reassembled the unit This is the kind of professional attitude and service I have come to expect from Mason Mechanical They always deliver
