Mason Mechanical are experienced, knowledgeable, upfront informative and extremely honest I was without air since Saturday 7/ The first company, Collins Master came out and said I really need a new unit that I would have to put about a $to fix the one I have Salesman couldn't be out till Monday at 1P Spent the holiday weekend with no air in temps over Monday night, July Lowes referred me to Joe C*** from Mason Mechanical who came out on July 4th and was able to assure me they would have their tech come out to look at the unit the next day If I needed a new unit, they could install Thursday Dion Bently from Mason informed me that there was a screw on one side of contactor removed resulting in poor line voltage connection to condenser fan motor Re-installed screw and ensured tight connections at contactorTurned System on and tested equipment operation(pressures, temperatures, electrical components, etc)All operating normally now and it is plausible that connection to contactor either caused overamping and overheating of motor or simply just wouldn't run I didn't even need to replace a part Dion had the unit up and running with only the cost of a service call Very informative and knowledgeable Thank you Joe C*** and Dion B*** from Mason Mechanical I can't express enough my gratitude and appreciation for your honesty and expertise

Mason Mechanical installed a new AC unit on my home They did excellent work It was a pleasure working with them

We found Mason Mechanical on the NATE certification site, and along with other HVAC companies had them give us a workup and estimate From initial contact with their office through the follpost install visit everyone we have had contact with has been unfailingly personable and professional -- great customer service all the way
We had Mason replace of our existing heat pumps with new Trane units Joe Cwas our consultant, and he listened to our needs/concerns, was detailed in his woand offered the best re-design and sized units to meet our needs and fix some problem areas we had in the home He was conscientious, knowledgeable, confident in his approach and didn't push add-ons The price was also competitive We felt very comfortable going forward with Joe
We were accommodated very quickly, with timeframes given and always had a phone call to keep us posted as to arrival times Ron and Richard were our installers They also were very polite, personable and knowledgeable, keeping us posted as to what was going on with explanations along the way Joe came by twice during the install to make sure we were all communicating and the job was proceeding as planned, and to answer any questions along the way He was a pleasure to work with Our first unit was a difficult install, which made for a long day But Ron and Richard left the job site cleaner than when they arrived They were also very conscientious about treating our home with care, wearing booties and covering the floors and furniture with drop cloths The second day was easier and went just as well as the first Roberto stopped by to help a bit and was equally professional
Joe came by for a follvisit to wrap up the install -- he took care of all documentation regarding warranty registration and rebate/credits Jim Ewas the service technician who did our follfine tuning visit to be sure we were operating as efficiently as possible Also a great guy Pretty impressive service from Mason Mechanical all the way around Shockingly good experience Will definitely use them going forward, and can absolutely refer them with confidence
