This is hands down THE BEST company I have ever done business with. EVERYONE I came in contact with was a true professional. Very pleasant to talk with, will take as much time as necessary to fully explain everything to you, there is absolutely nothing to hide with this company. They fully stand behind everything they do. Their literature says "Exceeding Expectations Since 1993", I am here to tell you this is a true statement, your expectations will be exceeded just as mine have been!

We recently had an additional return and ceiling can in our bedroom and bath added by Victor and Brett. A hot, tight and messy job in our AZ home. Victor and Brett were wonderful, covering everything in plastic and thoroughly cleaning everything upon completion. Joe was right on with his analysis of our air flow problem. Can't forget Troy, our Service Technician, very personable, professional and customer oriented. Mason Mechanical has a great team, does great work and has wonderful customer service.

The guys were prompt and professional. They were very careful to not create any more dust than the job required and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwords. They also explained everything as they went along and then summarized it at the end. Finally, they worked really hard - from 7 am to almost 4 pm without a break.

Jim E. came to do the semi-annual checkup on our AC units. Knew very well what he was doing, answered all questions and gave good advice on maintenance we should be watching out for.

Mason Mechanical was great. The guys (Erik and Shane) were pleasent, did everything they could to not inconvenience the staff or customers and even cleaned up (which is not what I have ever experienced before).

Roberto V. arrived at home to work on Friday, 1/8/16. We had requested the work to start early in the morning, and we appreciated that he showed up at 7:10 AM. The job was to replace 4 vents and change the fan speed on 1 heat pump. Roberto was very respectful, courteous, and communicative as we discussed the work he was going to do. He was very careful with our home as he brought his ladder in and set up to execute the work. We were very pleased to work with him and very pleased with the work he performed.

Everything went great, from the initial sales meeting to final setup and they did a fantastic job during the change over from our old unit, cleaned up and let our home in the same condition before they started.

Mason Mechanical installed two Trane XV20i Split Gas Systems. The workmanship was superb and the finished product fit our attic space with several inches to spare.

It did indeed look like a long train on tracks, the team did a beautiful installation and left no trail behind after clean up.

The air stays at the selected temperature with no pauses between the cooling cycles, our builder grade system left you waiting for cool air between cycles.

The Mason Mechanical installation team, [redacted], and [redacted] [excellent shovel work} are commended for their dedication to excellent work ethics.

[redacted] of Mason Mechanical has, once again, shown professional behavior, knowledgeable and thorough as well as polite and attentive behavior to the work and service performed for this air conditioning maintenance. His behavior continues as excellent and is consistent with prior service at my home/office for heating and cooling.

We received a nice reminder call the night before and the day of to let us know he was on his way, from Jennifer.
Troy C. was our Service Pro , whom came out to our home for the [redacted] AC service call this past week. He was very professional from the start. He asked permission to enter the home and other rooms. He let us know what his plan was and what he was going to look at first. He did present us with a list of things that needed to be fixed. He was honest in telling us the things that should be taken care of now before it gets hot. He took his time to explain what he was going to fix and why. He also was very polite in explaining the bill and if there is anything went wrong whom to call to have it taken care of.
I would recommend this company, Mason Mechanical, to others who want to have their AC checked out and not feel that they are being taken advantage of.

Mason Mechanical has been my service provider for almost 20 years and they are very knowledgeable, courteous, clean and efficient. Brett explained the process of testing my airducts and he was able to reduce the air leakage from an equivalent of a 17" hole to less than 1" of comparable air loss.
