I just refinanced and was very happy with the personal service given by McClone Mortgage. Our initial attempt with a lender was unsuccessful, but McClone worked to find another lender with the same terms originally agreed upon. I received the deal I was looking for. They were also patient with me when I had some problems with electronically signing documents.

I have worked with McGlone Mortgage both for initial loan and re finance. Both were a great experience, Brian and the rest of the team are available almost any time, they are professional and deliver best service including very good recommendations and advices. I highly recommending McGlone Mortgage and I will defiantly contact them again for any additional future need.

I recently refinanced my mortgage with McGlone Mtg. The rate and terms were great. But what really exceeded my expectations was the customer service. The initial phone call took less than 30 minutes to reach a deal and start the process. Working with the staff, Peggy and Tammy, was great and they were very responsive. From first call to closing was about 35 days. I would absolutely work with McGlone in the future.

I have refinanced with McGlone Mortgage twice in the last year. I initially found them while searching for refinancing options on Yahoo! Finance. The company's name popped up at the top among lowest APR rate and zero-fee mortgage firms, so I decided to call them. After a positive first experience, I did not hesitate to use them again when [redacted] called me a few months later with more cheerful news about falling rates.

Great company to do business with! My mortgage associate was very patient with me, explaining in plain language as each step progressed. He was always prompt in getting back to me with any questions or needs that I had. There were no surprises or hidden fees. All in all, a very positive experience, and their rates were the lowest that I found anywhere.

When I first inquired about a mortgage product for a new vacation property, [redacted] suggested several alternatives (including alternatives that did not involve Mcglone Mortgage) and we both down selected to the best mortgage product to fit my needs, the best product was only realized because [redacted] took the time to interview and understand my goals.
Throughout the process there were unexpected bumps and delays, which cause me concern and frustration, but every time I had a question or requested status, [redacted] would respond to me in a very prompt manner. I would estimate that all my inquiries with him were responded to within an hour.

Too often you only hear the negative aspects of business execution, this is not one of those instances so it should be heard and considered when looking for someone to take care of you during the convoluted process of getting a mortgage.

As the market has slowly turned around, my wife and I found ourselves with too high of a rate for the market and needed to refinance our house. I did my diligence and contacted 11 different companies. 3 or 4 had similar competitive rates, lender fees, and 3rd party fees. Of the most competitive McGlone Mortgage Company was who we ended up using.

I have no regrets. Not pushy, yet superior communication. Responsive to questions, outstanding follow up, and considered all options and terms to best fit a loan to fit MY needs, not theirs.
