I just refinanced and was very happy with the personal service given by McClone Mortgage. Our initial attempt with a lender was unsuccessful, but McClone worked to find another lender with the same terms originally agreed upon. I received the deal I was looking for. They were also patient with me when I had some problems with electronically signing documents.

My girlfriend and I were recommended to [redacted] @ McGlone Mortgage. Our experience was amazing. [redacted] was on top of everything all the time and kept us up to date through the entire process. She went out of her way to help us and we could not thank her enough for her hard work. We experienced very little stress during the home buying process and I would recommend anybody to give McGlone a shot!

McGlone helped us with our first mortgage in early 2014 and recently helped us with a refi. We had a great experience both times. The rate was competitive, and the staff quickly responds to inquiries and does a nice job guiding through the process. I recently refinanced my mortgage with McGlone Mtg. The rate and terms were great. But what really exceeded my expectations was the customer service. The initial phone call took less than 30 minutes to reach a deal and start the process. Working with the staff, Peggy and Tammy, was great and they were very responsive. From first call to closing was about 35 days. I would absolutely work with McGlone in the future.

Both were a great experience, Brian and the rest of the team are available almost any time, they are professional and deliver best service including very good recommendations and advices. Too often you only hear the negative aspects of business execution, this is not one of those instances so it should be heard and considered when looking for someone to take care of you during the convoluted process of getting a mortgage.

I want you to know that I sincerely appreciate the outstanding customer service your company has given us. I have worked in the service industry for over ten years, and can tell you that the customer service provided by **. [redacted] is nothing short of World-Class.
When I first inquired about a mortgage product for a new vacation property, [redacted] suggested several alternatives (including alternatives that did not involve Mcglone Mortgage) and we both down selected to the best mortgage product to fit my needs, the best product was only realized because [redacted] took the time to interview and understand my goals.
Throughout the process there were unexpected bumps and delays, which cause me concern and frustration, but every time I had a question or requested status, [redacted] would respond to me in a very prompt manner. I would estimate that all my inquiries with him were responded to within an hour.
I would add that in today's mortgage loan environment, a borrower can feel like they are at the mercy of underwriting, belittled, frustrated by the amount and depth of data requested from underwriting and a feeling that the Privacy Act of 1974 feels like an old forgotten song. After closing was completed, I sent this note to [redacted].
"[redacted] came out on time this morning and everything went very smoothly. [redacted] and I chuckled because we both were thinking, we closed two mortgages, opened a new one, consolidated two loans, reduced our monthly commitment and never left the house. Sounds like it is Miller Time. :-)"
This transaction was excellently supervised, by [redacted] and his crew. They assisted us when we needed help, and always had answers when we were a bit lost in the process.
