After doing extensive research, I found McGlone Mortgage Company and everything I had read about them was true. Matt Simanek was very prompt to respond to my phone calls and emails from the get go. Communication about the specifics was sufficient, and they responded quickly to my correspondence. The closing attorney came to my house to sign the documents which was extremely convenient. [redacted] at McGlone helped my wife and I to lock in on a great rate at short notice. (Rates did go up during this process - but I was locked.) She answered all of my questions, sent me all materials needed for my re-fi and handled all of the paperwork that was not absolutely required to be completed by myself.
