We have worked with McGlone Mortgage on two occasions over the last few years -- and couldn't have asked for better or more seamless experiences. Our consultant both times was [redacted], who kept us informed every step of the way and was our advocate throughout the processes. He provided clear and practical guidance, was unbelievably responsive (at all hours) and professional, and helped close two transactions both with very tight timing. It was clear that [redacted] always put our interests first -- for example, by patiently waiting six or more months before telling us to act when he believed interest rates were at their lowest, which turned out to be the case. We never had the feeling that anything was being pushed on us. We wouldn't hesitate to use [redacted] and McGlone again.

The process was laid out in easy to follow steps. I was told what to expect every step of the way. My expectations were set accurately and the follow through met those expectations exactly. My representative was courteous and knowledgeable. This is about the highest praise I can give.

I never realized how bad B of A was to work with until I refinanced with [redacted] at McGlone Mortgage Co. Unlike B of A, [redacted] and his team was easy to communicate with, made the process quick, and was accommodating to my schedule. For example, the week I was supposed to sign the paperwork I got put on a last minute business trip and so [redacted] rescheduled the notary to come to my home, on a Friday, after working hours, before I left. The type of service that [redacted] and his team provided is rare and I'm glad I decided to use them.

He even called me telling me that he thought we needed to lock the loan at 6PM because he was seeing too much activity suggesting that rates were moving up. He was right and saved us an eighth of a point. When the underwriting on the loan was taking longer than expected and the sellers were starting to get nervous the president and owner of the company [redacted] called them in support of our loan and helped get a two day extension. The mortgage processor [redacted] was amazingly efficient and very responsive as well. Finally, at closing there were no unexpected fees or gotchas. Everything was exactly as was discussed and promised. I would happily go back to McGlone in the future for a home loan and can fully recommend their service.
