I have purchased three homes in my life and participated in at least a half dozen refinances on those homes using three different mortgage brokers/companies. In searching for rates for a refinance for my current home I found the lowest rate with McGlone Mortgage on Bankrate.com. I was nervous about using a company I had never heard of. I contacted them and confirmed the rate was in fact as advertised and there were no hidden fees. I began the process and was AMAZED by how smooth it went. It was the most hassle free loan process I have ever experienced. The staff at McGlone communicated with me every step of the way, sometimes responding to e:mails after midnight. I can't recommend McGlone enough. Fantastic experience.

They really do things the way they were done years ago when the word "customer" meant something. This company has it figured out! They were all extremely helpful and the whole process was really seamless. If I could rate them higher than a ten, I truly would. They are hands down the most knowledgeable and professional company we have ever had the privilege of doing business with. We will be back and will highly recommend McGlone Mortgage and especially Niki to everyone we know!

I had a great experience with McGlone for my refinance. Jim [redacted] was helpful, timely, detailed and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered with no issues. We were able to do the re-fi without an appraisal and closed in 30 days. The rates were the most competitive rates and fees were extremely reasonable. McGlone Mortgage was great to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I really didn't have any idea on where to start the home buying process. McClone did everything they said they would do. The interest rate was reduced one percent. It was done in less than a month. Closing was held at my dining room table. [redacted] was always available to assist.
