Overall the experience with McGlone was wonderful with [redacted] providing me updates through the process and clearly taking the time to explain each document line by line and also answering any questions I had. The process it self was painless efficient with majority of the paperwork conducted online at my on pace.

I was overall very pleased with my experience! From origination through the process everything went very smoothly; only problems all stemmed around the closer's various mistakes in the closing process. We used McGlone Mortgage after researching on the Internet. I admit, I was a bit nervous about getting a loan this way, but we couldn't be happier with McGlone. [redacted] was great in staying on top of all the details every step of the way, and we were able to close on time.

McGlone's [redacted] and [redacted] were really fabulous to work with, and that is not an overstatement. I've never written an online recommendation before but the service was such that I felt compelled to do so. They were both excellent communicators with not only me but also my personal bankers, employers, and tax attorney. [redacted] kept in contact with me as [redacted] worked tirelessly to obtain and submit a huge array of documents. [redacted] kept in contact as various underwriters needed clarification. I am really impressed that [redacted] did not give up! There were so many glitches due to my own personal finances and, combined with my husband's, I really thought that there would be no way we'd actually close on this refinance of our 1st. [redacted] reassured me that he would get this done for me. [redacted] kept pushing forward until we finally had met the requirements.
Both the appraisal process and actual closing were handled efficiently, professionally, and actually painlessly. [redacted] disclosed all fees upfront and, as my request changed from a 10 year to a 15 year, he explained the various options and costs so that I could make fully informed decisions.
What had been a 20 year commitment at near 7 % interest rate with Bank Of America, where I was paying a huge amount in just the interest portion each month, is now a 15 year commitment, at less than half the rate that B.O.A. had me at, with the payment monthly including principal being about equal to what I'd been paying in interest alone monthly previously. I only wish I'd gotten in contact with [redacted] at McGlone years ago!
I'm hopeful that I'll not need to seek a mortgage again in my lifetime. If I do, however, I'll start with [redacted] and [redacted] at McGlone Mortgage. They've earned my lifetime loyalty. I'm extremely grateful for their work which is changing my financial life for the better!

I am very grateful for the guidance and support that McGlone Mortgage provided to me over several months, culminating with a successful refinance that is saving me over $450 per month. With a home that was on "over-build" for my area, McGlone patiently stood by me as we waited for home values in my area to rise.
