McGlone Mortgage Company is consistently showing up as the best deal all around.

In the last 20+ years, I’ve had 3 mortgages with the big banks, and I was a bit concerned about doing business with a small company, which is out of state for me. Are they going to be available if I have questions after I begin the process? Am I going to close on time? Are they going to properly save and destroy sensitive personal information, etc., etc.? – Yes, yes, yes!

I mostly dealt with [redacted], and [redacted] made himself available in off-hours and I could reach him via phone and e-mail, and get what I needed within more than reasonable turnaround time (minutes to just a few hours in most cases). My loan was funded in less than a month, no surprises.

McGlone Mortgage did everything right the first time, I did not have to repeat same document over and over. The loan processor was efficient and pleasant to work with and she kept me informed in the loan progress. This loan was done very quickly in about three weeks and I have nothing but praise how they handle my loan, GREAT JOB.

My husband and I have used the services of McGlone Mortgage several times to obtain a mortgage and a few refinances of our home. They offered us the best rates to be found and were always extremely helpful and professional. We just recently refinanced and the whole process of obtaining the loan was completed within a week...very fast turnaround. If you’ve ever wanted to feel what it’s like to be treated like a VIP, then McGlone Mortgage is who you want set-up your mortgage through!!! We first used them for a refi and more recently we decided to purchase a different home which required a conventional loan. The Rate: Mortgages rates have been very turbulent this summer often seeing over the course of a week unfavorable swings up to 0.50-0.75% because of comments being made and policy being set by the Fed. Through all of this the McGlone Team was able to help us monitor and lock in a great rate at the bottom of the cycle. The Closing Costs: We shopped around with several other banks, but no one could touch the low closing costs that McGlone offered. The Team: Buying a new home is stressful enough, so it was nice to have the McGlone Team worrying about all the fine details so we could focus on our move. We worked with several of the staff members and all were easy to deal with and took the time to make us feel that our needs were being met. The Service: A+ They will do what it takes to ensure that your loan is ready and the funds are available at your closing date. We even got a call from the President of the company to ensure that our needs were being met and his team was doing a good job. WOW, that really impressed me. Try to find that type of customer focus with one of the BIG Banks.

I am a first time home buyer. I didn't have the most attractive resume for buying a house and I truthfully think that Brenda [redacted] at McGlone was the most important reason I got such a low rate and was able to close on my first house. There was never a doubt or fear that Brenda didn't help me with. Every step of the way she took care of me. I am so thankful I picked up the phone when she called me.

They did a great job. They reassured me of what they were going to do and they did it. I had another company promised to give me a rate then they backed out of their deal. Brian offered to lock in my rate and also offered to float my rat down if rates went down. This reassured me that I would Not make a mistake if I locked in at that time rather than wait and see what rates did. As far s the process it went very fast and when there were problems the owner got involved himself to help clear things up. All and all I would recommend this company.
