I am rejecting this response because: When I originally purchased the tickets to get my son home there were connecting...

buses. The first bus was late and he missed the bus by 30 mins.  The first reservation was from [redacted] to [redacted] Res# [redacted] connecting to come to [redacted] Rev# [redacted]. My wife and I called in hopes that Mega Bus would just re ticket it and put him on the next bus. After all it was not his fault it was late. They gave us a verbiage stating that we should have made the tickets two hours apart which would have left him on the streets of [redacted] downtown no less at 5am waiting until 11am if we had purchased an earlier ticket. The bus was to arrive at 1030am and didn't arrive until 1115am. They have no station nor any type of shelter in that city so to expect anyone to stand around for 5 or more hours is preposterous.  In calling and hoping to get a simple solution, my wife and I were subjected to some very inappropriate language and business practices on the part of this company. One Manager just flat out said he wasn't listening and he didn't care. He figured since he was in India as he stated he could speak to us any type of way. We called back in hopes of getting a more understanding person to no avail. Once we check the reviews of the company we discovered these are normal practices which to say the least is extremely sad. We ended up purchasing another ticket for my son to come home. [redacted] If they require a longer time frame in between connection then there should be a flag triggered while making reservations if they know they will always be late. Or at the least have the bus drivers call ahead to inform of the connecting passengers in route. The is highway robbery of the people. I want this fixed and not just investigated. The verbal abuse alone was demeaning and abusive for a company that depends on the public as their patrons. If they don't need us then they should close shop and try their hands at another business. My son ended up staying in [redacted] a whole day with little to no money, no place to stay, in and out of restaurants like a vagabond. [redacted] is not safe for its own residents let alone someone not from there. Thank God he was not mugged or killed in the process. That would have been a media storm for this company. Many of the other unhappy customers have been in contact with my wife and I as we want to see something tangible as an outcome to this. Not just an apology as they seem to be handing them out like jelly beans at Easter time.

On megabus operated trips the motorcoaches are equipped with  free Wi-Fi, and free entertainment through Megabus RIDE!Megabus will make a reasonable effort to provide Wi-Fi services free of charge to every passenger. If the Wi-Fi service is unavailable no refund will be issued.

SD Bullion or also called DOC Investment LLC has been an honest company thus far. I really have not had any issues with them. They can be trusted unless something changes.

I apologize about the inconveniences this has caused you. Please be advised our website stated either bus can be picking up passengers. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to honor your request for compensation.

I have only been dealing with SD Bullion a short time, but I have been buying metals for quite a while. SD ships top quality merchandise at very competitive prices. The freight is policy is good and the delivery is prompt. I consider SD to be an excellent dealer.

I am rejecting this response because:
Megabus has been selectively rigid in honoring their protocols and their contractual obligations to me as a consumer and as a human being. If I am expected to list every possible medical condition that I possess, in the event that I might require- not assistance- but human consideration and compassion so that I might enjoy a "great experience and overall satisfaction" with MegaBus, then I refuse to travel under MegaBus ever again. All I required was minimal human interaction from a series of bus drivers who were more concerned with their time schedules than whether a passenger arrived alive. That is not something I'm willing to risk again.

I was on a schedule trip from Rensselaer-Albany to NY,NY the bus was suppose to arrive at 10:50am. It didn't show up until well after 11am. The driver never stated that anything was wrg we started on the journey. He stopped again unscheduled at a rest stop never communicating as to what the issue was. This bus also stopped again in Rhinecliff NJ again unscheduled. Was not on the itinerary that I received from Megabus. Needless to say the bus was 45min late to the destination. This may not have been an issue if the driver communicated what was going on so people could have called and made arrangements for prior engagements and connecting transportation. I call Megabus to see if anything could be done I spoke to 3 reps the first was the rudest Louis Angels ( wonder if that was even his real name). He told me he was sorry but there was nothing that could be done to compensate a portion of the trip,because of the lateness. He said because the trip wasn't an hour and a half late. I asked were does it say that at, he stated in the cancellation section of the website. I stated to,him that I didn't cancel the trip so why would I look in the cancellation section? He stated again nothing could be done but he was sorry. I asked to speak with a supervisor and it seemed as if they were speaking off of a script. He stated repeatedly that I couldn't talk to a supervisor that they could not help me. I stated that I would like to voice my complaint with someone who maybe able to help me please let me speak to a person other then the person who answers the phone. He stated the supervisor was too busy to help me and doesn't talk to customers. I have never dealt with a company like this that a supervisor would not talk to you. I was expecting a refund of the trip but a compensation for the inconvenience of the delay with the lack of communication of the issue. But this has soured me on this business. They have a lack of customer service at their call center. Even after I was told in a prior email to contact via an 800 if the answer wasn't satisfactory. What use to be my first choice has now become my last choice because of the service from their customer service department.

Have been doing business with S D Bullion for several years now ! They make it EASY 7 they are always prompt as well with shipments. I recommend them 100 %. [redacted].

We were unable to locate the reservation number in question. Can you please provide the email address used at the time of purchase or complete details of the trip you were attempting to board?

Product delivered as promised. Quality excellent. Highly recommend this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and will accept this resolution, but I will not ever use this bus service again or recommend it.  As stated customer service was rude it took over an 1 1/2  to resolve that day which wasted a lot of our time that day. And the way we were notified the same day was unacceptable.

I’ve investigated this matter further and noticed when you booked your reservation. You did not leave 2 hours in between the service. Megabus.com requires when booking a manual connection you must leave 2 hours in between each service as stated in our terms and conditions you must agree to before...

check out. The service going from Richmond – Fayetteville did indeed depart on time. The bus arrived to the stop at 6:34pm and departed the stop at 6:45pm. However, due to the bus departing the stop on time which means the passenger missed the bus. Unfortunately, there will be no compensation for this matter.

We’re sorry that you missed your bus, but your reservation is only good for the date and time listed on your confirmation and is no longer valid. No refunds or credits can be given in instances where customers miss their bus.
