I do apologize for the inconvenience. However, our tickets are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not compensate for that time frame of a delay.

After the bus got delayed from 9:30 to 10:30 I got to Christiansburg VA at 4:45am instead of 2:55am thus not having a ride anymore to my destination. I get off the bus trying to get my luggage. The bus driver asked if I see my suitcase and I said no it might be under a few of them because a few people got on the bus after me. She then replied that she was not going to get my luggage because she dint feel like digging under all of the other peoples stuff and that they were late. I replied how am I supposed to get my luggage? She said “call customer service because I don't want to deal with it”, then closed the door in my face and drove off and as I tried to run for her to get my stuff she almost ran me over trying to leave. So not only did I miss my ride back to school I also do not have my luggage with all my winter clothes in this cold and snowy winter. I called customer service Sunday and the guy said it’s going to take 5-7 days for lost and found to call you and try to ship your luggage back to me. I called again today and he said it was going to take 7-10 days and they ended up "loosing" my luggage. I don’t have that much time because it was not my fault my luggage was left on the bus, but your driver’s laziness and rudeness why I do not have my necessities to survive at this school where I’m 2,000 miles away from home (California).” currently in process of suing.

 There are two megabus.com stops available in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The megabus.com stop for arrivals and departures in downtown Dallas is located at the DART East Transfer Center, 330 North Olive Street. megabus.com services will arrive and depart from docks H and I. No cars are allowed on the property. The megabus.com stop for arrivals and departures in Grand Prairie is located at 710 Davis St. An indoor waiting area and restrooms are available. BE CAREFUL! Check your reservation for the exact location and time of departure.

The reservation was for 2 passengeres therefore the client received 2 one way complimentary tickets for future travel and the proper notations are on the client's account.

I found SD Bullion and their staff to be most helpful in my first purchase of silver and gold. The products were as shown and described on the site. I am very pleased with their help and their expert communication of doing such a purchase and the shipping was very timely and secure.
I would re commend their service to anyone and the price to be very good. Thank you to SD Bullion and those who served me.

megabus is criminal scam-...

they have cancelled my reservation to travel and a massive amount  of others after we prepaid the trip one month in advance- they have a written policy to allow customer to travel oin same trip if it is given immediately before or after cancelled trip- which my trip has- but because they are criminals they hope customers will pay again for same trip plus a second booking fee- my company is aware of their fraud and I know I will get refunded- but Revdex.com should take action because they have gone against their own policy and are charging 2x - this is unauthorized charge on my credit card as well - they are not authorized to charge my cc for nothing-

I am rejecting this response because:
 I have not received a refund.  My wife and I were parked in front of the bus and I asked the driver if this was the bus to Virginia he told us yes and that they were not ready to board as yet but will be boarding shortly.  There was a massive crowd trying to all board at the same time. We waited for the crowd to board and when I was trying to board he closed the door.  The bus was scheduled to depart at 11pm and did not leave until 11:15 and we arrived at 10:48pm so I don't know why we were not allowed to board.  They may have over sold the bus.  I would like a refund in the amount of the bus ticket.
