Great prices and quick shipping

I bought two tickets from Indianapolis to Chicago that should have departed at 9:45. It was for a 13 and 14 year coming from visiting their auntie. They were at the location at 9:30 but no bus came. There was also other people waiting for a 9:45 bus to Atlanta that never came. When we called customer service I was told the bus came at 9:26 and left at 9:46 which is impossible since the teenager and the other customer been outside waiting. I was livid because I have two teenager stuck trying to get home. The customer service manager and a representative told me there's nothing they could do. There are no refunds and I would have to buy another tickets although I had several people telling them that their bus did not come. They refused to give me credit for a later departure and said all you can do is go on the website and complain. Horrible company and customer service.

They're quick with their delivery. From the get-go they will e-mail you when they have picked and packaged to be delivered. After receiving your product they will back check by e-mail on your experience.Great service and excellant customer service.

Their products which I have purchased are the quality I expected. I also especially appreciate them as a good reliable source of information related to precious metals and a great source of information on events taking place around the world.

I am rejecting this response because: The response simply restates Megabus's policy that passengers must be at the specified place of departure 15 minutes prior to the departure time.   Apparently, you have not read my complaint clearly, because my complaint is not regarding this policy. My complaint is that I missed the 7:30 p.m. bus and was charged for another ticket on a subsequent bus EVEN THOUGH I WAS WAITING AT THE SPECIFIED BUS STOP 15 MINUTE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME AS ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE POLICY.
To be precise, I was waiting at the specified stop from 7:15-7:40 p.m., at which time I was informed by an arriving bus driver that my bus departed from a stop different than the one described on the ticket, and that I had missed the bus. When I called Megabus to have the situation addressed, I was forced to buy another ticket and my request to speak with supervisor was denied and the "customer service" agent (I use quotes here because I received nothing resembling "service" during this ordeal) hung up the phone.
Accordingly, I demand a refund for that ticket, and an apology for pushing my eventual arrival time at my destination until midnight.

I am rejecting this response because: The lady called me and said that they found my luggage at Chicago. Why it takes so long to send it back to me? I need my luggage back right now and it's been almost a month  can't wait anymore. The attachment is the screenshot that the lady emailed me about my bag.
I have talked to my lawyer about this case if you don't give me back my luggage, my lawyer will contact you.

I am rejecting this response because: I called [redacted] on 10/6/2015 and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Mr. [redacted]. He said that Megabus did not issue any credit for 31.50.  I think this is ridiculous. I did not authorize Megabus to charge my account 31.50.  I want the entire amount put back in my account.

This is a GREAT company to deal with. After 5 purchases over 3 months, I have not had any issues. The purchasing process was quick, easy, and clearly described and confirmed. This company has become my primary contact for metal, meals and ammo.
