While I appreciate the cost, there is no excuse on how my party have been treated by Megabus' customer service team in regards to the catastrophe that was our return trip from Reno. We were warned via email sent 28 min before the scheduled pickup that they were going to be 90-120 minutes late. Rather then wait in the hot sun (I'm prone to heatstrokes and have been experiencing altitude sickness this past weekend with nosebleeds) we were close to the stop to get out of the hot weather and eat something while we wait. We arrived back only to discover the bus had left!! I called a CSR agent who could do nothing for me and HUNG UP on me abruptly. We were forced to take greyhound home where we didn't arrive to SF until 2am! The customer service rep did not offer compensation, any recourse or reason why they could not call/email to inform them the bus was arriving earlier then quoted. So pissed and have been advising others of my plight to never do business with megabus. The rest of my party also complained and got some compensation but what about my ordeal that didn't warrant something back from the company aside from saying they've "recorded the details of your complaint to assure that the appropriate measures will be taken to avoid a re-occurrence." I'll be happy when there's a bullettrain or some reliable and friendly service that puts them out of the West coast.

I am rejecting this response because: Why should I pay for something I didn't get? Your bus delay is not my fault. I should not have paid for it. It is your fault. Do you mean that I should wait there the whole night for a bus which I never know when will come though I have waited for another hour after the scheduled time? You should not just collect the money but don't provide any service. Will you pay for something you don't get?

We do apologize for the inconvenience with our bus stop change. The complaint was sent to the proper department who are responsible for reviewing bus stop complaints.

SD Bullion has been a reliable and trustworthy supplier of precious metal coins. In my experience their web site is easy to navigate, product and payment options are clearly identified and all of my orders have been fulfilled exactly as expected, in a timely fashion and free from unexpected surprises or delays. I will continue to purchase through SD Bullion and recommend them as a supplier to others.

Client was refunded and has a one way for future travel.

I have ordered multiple times from SD Bullion and the company has always given me top notch service. Their shipping turn around time is exceptional. I actually stopped buying from another company because of the extremely slow turn around time on orders from them.
I had been completely satisfied with SD Bullion until yesterday when I received my latest order. The coins I ordered were completely unacceptable based on the price I paid for them. Yes, it only took a few days for them to arrive, but they were in horrible condition, and these were really expensive coins for what they were that I purchased. Now I am kind of in a dilemma on who to order from.

Regarding SD Bullion, I can say that this is the best company with the best prices of any that I have found. I buy a silver dollar every month and when I find a better deal I go with it. Most recently, SD's price for eagles is over a dollar less then the closest competitor. I don't know how they can work within those margins, but I wll continue to take advantage.
