I am rejecting this response because:Megabus materially failed on its advertised service to convey me to my destination in a timely manner, dropping me off...

more than 2.5 hours late due to an incompetent driver's mistakes that was entirely under Megabus' control.  I request a simple refund of my fare, not a complimentary ticket to ride on the same service which made me miss my flight and suffer its repercussions.  I am so disappointed in the management of Megabus, they are transparently providing a substandard service with no apologies.

Probably the best boullion company I have bought from. Consistant, inexpensive always in stock variety of products in addtion to exclusive items. Superfast shipping prices and times. They regularly have specials and other promotions. At the end of an order, they always come out ahead at providing me with the lowest total cost compaired to other online retailers and depending on my specific order come in at the same price as my local shop and that is including the shipping cost and any CC fees. All in all, the first and only place I will buy my PM's. Really an all star stellar company. Shop with confidence !

Great service, Great products, Fast shipping the 3 big things I look for when I buy and shop for silver bullion.

The complaint was sent to the proper department for investigation.

SD Bullion had a very fair price and their customer service was excellent. Product was exactly as described and shipment was timely. Communication regarding both the purchase and shipment was excellent.
