On 02/19/Mr*** brought his 2013Honda Accord for oil change, Air filter and tire rotationA few days later he returned back indicating that his vehicle tire pressure indicator warning light is on, we recommended diagnostic; he refusedHe also filed a separate complaint with California
BARRep.MrMarquez guided him to follow his owner's manual to reset the TPMS and the issue is resolved and the BAR closed his fileThere was/is any proof that Meineke of El Cajon have caused any defect with his vehicle.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below ( I clearly took my car into this location back in october because my car had been jerking as I would step on the gas to accelerate...*** reassure me at the the time he woukd fix the issue an that it was not a transmission issue so he fixed my car stating that theses other issues would solve the problem which it did not...He knew my car had transmissions issues an would look me dead in my face as he would take my money!!! I received a call from *** on april after I filed with the Revdex.com an he ask me what could he do for me an I had told him I would like them to pay the credit card in the amount that was left that they charged me for on services that were suppose to be fixed He said he would get back to me an never did! At this time I will have to proceed with legal action!! I refuse to let this go after all the money I spent at this location I mention to *** many times that I am a single mother an that I did not have the money to keep fixing the car especially if he was not fixing right!!!Regards,

My garage checked my exhaust system and found no problem so I took it to another inspection station Station ***,Inspector no#*** and they pass my car including the exhaust system I PAID $to get my sticker Meineke made a mistake all I want them to make it right and give me my $ back.Thank you

November 22, Dear Ms***: I have received a copy of your complaint to the Revdex.com regarding your account. I am sorry for any misunderstanding that has occurred regarding Puzzlemania The form indicated that you would receive an introductory
shipment of Puzzlemania, for which you would be charged $6.95, plus a nominal shipping and handling charge. It then stated that you were free to cancel and return one of the books with no further obligation. Or, if you chose to continue in the club, you would receive new Puzzlemania books every four to five weeks at $13.90, plus shipping and handling and tax. It is clear from the information you sent to the Revdex.com that you never intended to order this club membership. I have verified that your account is closed and removed all charges, effective November 22, 2016. Please feel free to keep any shipments received with my compliments. I had received a phone call from our patient, *** *** on 6/16/2017, the phone call was transferred to me as the patient was upset that we were going to charge for medical records, which was our policy. In speaking with Ms***, she had had surgery with one of our physicians in
and wanted the records retrieved so she could be seen by the same surgeon.Over the next couple of weeks I had checked with our medical records clerk and proceeded to check through several boxes in storage at our facility; however did not locate Ms***s records within our facility, so determined the records we archived. I had our medical records clerk review our records to determine if there was the required information to retrieve old records, iea box transmittal number. She advised she was unable to locate this information.This week I asked the clinical manger to determine where the information may be in order to retrieve old records. We went through binders and actually was able to find a box transmittal number for this patient. I called *** *** today, and gave them the information to retrieve the information from for this patient. They will be delivering filed to us Monday, September 18. I went in for an oil changeBefore moving here I had always done my own oil changes and I've always regularly checked my oilAfter my oil change they tried to inform me I had a severe oil pan gasket leakBeing that I hadn't done my last oil change in months and was literally not a drop low at the time of my oil change I told them not to do anything about it is look into itI never found any leaks and for my next oil change I went to a competitor of theirsThey didn't notice any leaks and at the time of that oil change I wasn't a drop low on oilBased on that I know they fabricated a leak to try to sell me a service I did not need

Every repair done by Meineke is covered by Meineke at any of our storesWe must inspect any defective parts or service before
repairs are madeI have gone to other shops to inspect a warranty claim or simply talked with the store managers and solved many problemsWe cannot refund money only make corrections to repairs gone wrongIt was alleged bolts were missing and parts were never replacedI called my NAPA parts store and here is the invoice# for the parts purchased for this vehicle on this date 4/10/at 3:15PM invoice# *** with the PO# of We bought one caliper and one rotor and front padsAlthough both sides were suggested one side was declined so not all the parts were replaced

I loved the adorable lady behind the counter! She was very knowledgeable and explained the problem with my car, in a way I understood completely! I checked with my Dad and he said I got a great price for the work I had done! My whole family has been going to this shop for years

I wanted to update you on our issue with Meineke Store #in Oregon CityOur complaint # is ***
I decided to take the parts back to the shop with a brief request for a refundWhen I got there, there was a different general manager at the
deskHe said that Mark ***, who we had dealt with and had so many problems with, was no longer there and had been fired...this of course was to my delightThe new manager listened to our story and said we should have no problem getting a refund since the parts did not work for our vehicleHe was able to talk to his district manager and we provided him with a credit card and they refunded us what we had asked for

The customer visited our center initially on 1/12/with a flat tire and bent wheel on the front of her vehicleAt the time of the initial visit the customer was verbally given two optionsThe option for an aluminum wheel to match the
appearance of the other wheels or a steel wheelThe customer opted for the steel wheel based on price of *** vs the price of a new aluminum wheel of over *** A new tire repair as also ordered inBecause the wheel had to be ordered in the work was not performed the same dayAlso with the vehicle being front wheel drive we places on of the original tires on the left front of the vehicle and put the spare tire on the left rear of the vehicleWhen the new wheel and tire combination was installed on the customers vehicle, days later, it was placed on the left rear of the vehicleThis was done because the tread depth of the tire was deeper and should always be placed on the rearThe customer left our facility on 1/14/at approximately 3:25pmMileage at that time was 106,The customer did not contact our store, they contacted the Anderson store and Meineke Corporate office initiallyI called and returned the customer call on 3/23/at 4:12pm and left a voicemail and did not hear backI called again on 3/31/again leaving a voicemailCustomer did call backBelow is the emails I sent to herYou will read the tire we put on was moved from the left rear to the left frontAlso the customer went over miles since visiting here with no issues reportedWhoever rotated her wheels after visiting our location is responsible for thisCustomer did not tell us the tires had been rotated when we offered to look at her vehicleAlso attached is the order form for the wheel stating it is for a 2013-Dodge DartWe can not warranty other companies workAlso the customer did not buy roadside service, she bought road hazard protectionAttached is also a copy of the road hazard description

We are sorry that this customer does not feel we treated him well We will certainly refund his money, and offer him an additional $to cover additional costs of a rental car caused by the delayThe problem stems from his car not taking the transmission slated for his
car He did not like our price, which is his right, and we should have ended the relationship at that pointWe cannot always get parts at prices that are competitiveWe don't like using outside parts because we cannot warranty their quality and have no relationship with those entities to cause them to give us good parts By not supplying parts we cannot provide the customer with a warranty, and that is one of the reasons you go to a repair shop and don't do it yourselfIndeed, this customer chose to go with his own parts, and he cannot say that he was able to provide the proper parts, as his supplier had difficulty obtaining the correct parts and in the end could notThere was delay Jan feels terrible that she was unable to act quickerIt is nothing personal or discriminatory To assume that it was personal is unfortunateWe are sorry that he feels it wasThere were communication problems caused by language, but that is no excuse But the customer must remember that his supplier in the end could not even supply the parts necessary to repair the carThey caused a substantial part of the delay in this caseIt is not easy finding parts for cars that don't take the usual parts.
The customer in the end became frustrated and impatient and could not wait for the parts to be return shippedThe parts were not shipped to us in proper boxes and we are not a shipping company and we had to obtain packaging materialOur manager was out the day he decided to have it shipped, and we could not ship on Saturday Only he could ship them as no one else was familiar with the parts The parts would have gone out on MondayThe supplier called and was very understandingOur manager Thomas, was also disappointed that he could not complete the repairIt was not for lack of tryingHe spent far more time on this car than what was billedThey tried to do the right thing but failedWe tried to accommodate the customer and we failed, and we apologizeIn hindsight we should not have accepted this repair because we are not set up to handle outside parts
