Thanks you Revdex.com for expediting this situation in terms of finding a swift resolution Even though the company has refund us the monies, that were honestly due from their negligent, by charging for these GHOST FEES after the membership was clearly cancelled, numerous times using the proper procedures as stated from the terms and conditions Yet, Melaluca apologies for the mishaps, it doesn't justify their actions, also, they try to add insult to our integrity and competence with the additional statement about what our obligations where stated in the terms and conditionsEven though, we clearly stated what protocols and actions were taken in the original complaint about the cancellation process in which we correctly done right the first time
It behooves me to read how the company, addresses an customer issue who was loyal for one year (also excluded)by first extending me with a refund to sweeten the resolution Then in the second breathe indirectly imply we're not competent enough to follow company policies of the correct cancellation procedures, well thank for you for your business in which our loyalty track record shows a different story Companies need to be held accountable for their actions as well customers who don't, but that clearly that wasn't our fault Yet, this Melaluca has overlooked themselves from taking ownership of their system errors of charging GHOST FEES after cancellation We are so glad this problem is rectify in a speedy manner and I'm glad to not receive any more harassing phone calls.

I am rejecting this response because: The representative is expecting me to pay four months premium, which I did not receive service for in order to close the account and remove all further collecting of the full contract.I made the call to cancel the service, due to a breakin which was mishandled as well as my inability to pay due to multiple issues that were unforeseen, post hurricane relatedThe breakin occured during my evaluation from the property for Hurricane IrmaI had already met with a Police Deputy at the house who had agreed to monitor for vagrants who often take advantage of these eventsRather, this time it was my bank account that was hacked.I have communicated with them on multiple occasions not mentioned or acknowledged in their communication with Revdex.com, and their failure to issue a written agreement in alignment with a verbal agreement made on the phone, has not been metThe most recent call, when asked to provide a full name of the collection agent, I was met with resistance as they representative used my first name with familiarityI do not trust or respect the collection agent/agency or Melaleuca Security as on multiple issues of the first call statement recording their picture of the historic situation there were gross misstatementI did not run out of the house and leave the door openAnd when their call came in late that night, I phoned the Deputy who went to the property and reported no evidence of a breakinWhen I returned home, the property did not show any signs of entranceI am not certain it was even a valid alarm in the first place.So, I continue to hold to my initial request for full release from the contract with Melaleuca Security, and will not agree to such without a written statement to the fact.I have no interest in the argumentative and disrespectful tone or behaviorwhen told I expect a written statement of the proposed agreement prior to my acceptance and close of the actionIt is my expectation this is a legal document and deems such action.Thank you for your help in the cancellation of this unmet therefore unsatisfactory agreement with Melaleuca Security.Sincerely,*** ***
