However, in an effort to resolve all of Mr. [redacted]’s concerns, we have refunded him$64.06, the full amount of the Backup Order that was processed on his account. This refund wasprocessed to the method of payment on file.Mr. [redacted]’s account was cancelled on May 15, 2015 and, as such, he should not receive any moreproducts or charges. We extend our apologies to Mr.[redacted] for any inadvertent errors that may have prevented us from being more responsive to his inquiries regardinghis home security.We understand Mr. [redacted]’ communication to the Revdex.com to be that he would like to receive arefund for home security services he claims he did not use and is requesting that his contract be cancelled withoutbeing charged the early termination fee.Our records indicate Mr. [redacted] requested Melaleuca Home Security on May 6, 2015 for a 60 month agreement. Mr.[redacted] signed this agreement by way of a digital signature and he also completed the quality assurance call. Mr.[redacted] made two (2) payments for the service. Melaleuca Home Security made several attempts with Mr. [redacted] tocomplete the activation process but each time Mr. [redacted] requested that the appointment be rescheduled. We alsoattempted to troubleshoot the issues mentioned in his complaint, but Mr. [redacted] was unable to send pictures of hisequipment.In an effort to resolve this issue, Mr. [redacted]’ home security service agreement has been cancelled. We haverequested Mr. [redacted] to return the equipment and have left multiple voice messages requesting a return phone callso a return label can be sent. As of the date of this letter Mr. [redacted] has not returned our phone call. MelaleucaHome Security has also waived the cancel fee of $1,390.26, thus stopping all future charges.We wish Mr. [redacted] all the best. We understand Ms. [redacted]’s communication to the Revdex.com to indicate that she had attempted to send the cancellation letter to Melaleuca five times, and because Melaleuca did not receive them she was charged for a Backup Order in the month of May 2015. She expressed frustration because she returned the order, but was charged for shipping and handling plus taxes which was $10.73, as well as a credit on account notification letter of $10. In an effort to resolve all of Ms. [redacted]’s concerns we have refunded these above mentioned charges to the method of payment that was charged, making her refund for the Backup Order a total of $79.76 that includes the products that. The refund is a full refund for the Backup Order, but Ms. [redacted] is disputing for a refund of $125. We are unaware of how she is coming up with this refund amount, but if she has any further questions or explanations she can call our customer service line at 1-800-282-300. Ms. [redacted]’s account was cancelled on June 22, 2015 and, as such, she should not receive any more products or charges. We note that we did not cancel Ms. [redacted]’s account previously because we had not received a signed, written cancellation notice from her in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of our Customer Membership Agreement. According to our records, Ms. [redacted] enrolled in our home security program in March 2015, agreeing to a 60month contract. As of the date of this letter Ms. [redacted] has 42 months remaining on the contract. In an effort toresolve Ms. [redacted]'s concerns, one of our Melaleuca Security representatives contacted Ms. [redacted] and anagreement was made that we would waive a few of the months of service and billing would automatically beginagain in May 2017. Ms. [redacted] also agreed that if she does choose to eventually cancel the contract, she would becharged a 40% early termination fee.

The GlobalHeadquarters was able to speak with Ms. [redacted] on September 25, 2017, at 9:00 pmMDT / September 26, 2017, 11:00 am Malaysia time.During our call, we were able to address the concerns raised by Ms. [redacted].Specifically, we were able to clarify for Ms. [redacted] Melaleuca’s position onpurchasing for other customers without consent from those customers. It appears that Ms.[redacted] had previously received incorrect information on the topic from her supportteam.Melaleuca is committed to providing world class customer service and strives to meet thatstandard in every interaction with our customers. We were able to connect Ms. [redacted]

We understand Mr. [redacted]’s communication to the Revdex.com to be that in January 2017 he will be deployed and wishes to cancel his home security service agreement with Melaleuca Security, Inc.
Our records indicate Mr. [redacted] signed up for Melaleuca Home Security on January 22, 2014, by way of electronic signature. Under the contract, if Mr. [redacted] chose to cancel the 60 month agreement, the cancellation fee would 60% of the remaining balance, which would be $916.94. However, in an effort to resolve the issue, Mr. [redacted]’s home security contract was cancelled and the remaining balance has been waived.

They admitted to my group leader that they had a bug in their system. If they did not have good products, I would cancel my account.

Mr. [redacted] was charged for a Convenience Certificate in the amount of $53.39 but because the order was never paid for, an owing balance was posted to his account. In an effort to resolve Mr. Victor’s concerns, we have removed the owing balance on his account. I only got half of what I request and know I am spend more time deal with issue. I wanted to be compensated for the time I have waited at this point the amount of $50 (2 hours @ 25.00) is not to much to ask and maybe they will develop better policy so they won't have waist there time deal with these issues and other potential clients.
