it was just the car wash equipment. After the wash I proceeded to the drying station – tipped them and drove away not realizing that my car was damaged on the passenger side. I went home parked my car. On 02/01/2016 while leaving for work I went to put my things for work in the back seat of the passenger side of my car and noticed the multiple scrapes and gouges on my car. I immediately went back to Delta Sonic and filed a Customer Claim Report # [redacted] to report the damages. On 02/3/2016 I received a letter from Delta Sonic trying to say that the damages must be from “preexisting damage” and two free car wash tickets. I assure you I did not have any damages on my car prior to going through the car wash. The day of the car was I had finished paying off my car and I decided to celebrate by getting my car washed – which is why I chose to be extravagant and get the Super Kiss Plus wash.

following 2 weeks my van was leaking oil due to a crack in the oil housing. The Dealer ended up fixing the issue because its was covered under warranty even though Delta Sonic was at fault. What is not covered under my warranty is my driveway which has sever oil leaks that were caused by Delta Sonic breaking my housing. They contacted me to come clean my driveway, but quickly disappeared when the previous compliant was closed by Revdex.com. Its not fair that I am now stuck with all of these oil stains in my concrete driveway. of January. The customer was given 1 exception between then and now which was on February 28th, 2016 at Niagara Falls. We do not have any emails of her reaching out through the claims system nor to the unlimited email. The previous plan was $22.99+tx which we can extend to her immediately without any back charges. The customer would need to contact us for that rate since the location no longer sells it.
Our District Manager has attempted contacting the customer at the phone number provided. Upon several attempts, there has been no answer and no option to leave a voice mail. Is there a better phone number for the District Manager to use?
Delta Sonic was willing to replace the customer's wheel however; the customer advised us that he was retaining an attorney. At this point, we are awaiting contact from said attorney.
The damage claim report can be filed at any Delta Sonic location if the complainant does not wish to return to the Walden Avenue location. We do however require the report to be filed on site, as it is a legal document signed by the customer. We also require the site manager to take photographs of the damage in question so that a proper investigation can be completed.
If the vehicle was under one year old or had less than 10,000 miles, new parts would have been installed. Since the vehicle is a 2014 with over 30,000 miles, unfortunately it does not qualify for new parts. As the part was not brand new when it was damaged, it would be inequitable to replace with a brand new part. The replacement part would be comparable to what was already on the vehicle.
The Director of Loss Prevention & Security outlined to the customer the reasons the trespass notice was issued. After discussion with the customer, the trespass notice has been revoked.
We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident reported. After reviewing every possibility, we have been unable to find a cause that could be related to any Delta Sonic procedures. Our records show we serviced hundreds of vehicles on the same day and did not...
receive any reports of similar damage. We have also shown the complainant our digital video which displays that the service was performed properly. We would be willing to re-evaluate this claim if the complainant can provide documentation relating to the damage and the cause of it.

To me, it is inconceivable that, regardless of the quality of the paint, the pre powerwash should not be using so much pressure that even the slightes danger of peeling occurs. This car was several times at this car wash without any damage. I just believe that this time too much pressure was used. It sounded like sandblastingObviously the Company admitts that these damages do occur. Then, I should say, they should be required to put a sign up in clear view, that "your car may be damaged through our pre power wash" . Unfortunately I am out of town now, but I will contact them for the inspection asap.
