Thank you for your patience while our office reviewed information concerning this complaint We value our customers and careful consideration is given to all customer problemsOur records indicate our adjuster has been in contact with the complainant We are currently awaiting an estimate from the customer so that we can make repair arrangements

Our Unlimited interior plan has only been offered as an introductory rate of which is guaranteed only the first months Please see the attached handout that is given to each customer when they sign into the plan and to which the initial receipt is stapled The customer should be notified days prior to any price increase, which the customer claimed she was not So we then refunded her the difference and let her know that the following month, the increase would stand since she now had proper notification We have never guaranteed a forever rate, and the customer is under no obligation to keep the plan at the increased plan if they would like to opt out of it

Our goodwill gesture of $towards the repair is unfortunately all we are willing to offer on this claim

We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused When our repair technician inspected the vehicle, he realized it would require a dealer repair Our records indicate the customer is scheduled for repairs at [redacted] *** for 4/2/

If the vehicle was under one year old or had less than 10,miles, new parts would have been installed Since the vehicle is a with over 30,miles, unfortunately it does not qualify for new parts As the part was not brand new when it was damaged, it would be inequitable to replace with a brand new part The replacement part would be comparable to what was already on the vehicle

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me HOWEVER, the Revdex.com should be aware of their "shenanigans" - i.etheir letter to me (and their info to you) were both CONVENIENTLY dated 10/12/the day BEFORE my complaint was submitted to you I received their letter and two $DeltaSonic cards yesterday (10/20/15) Seeing as their letter had a "10/13/15" postage-meter-postmark NO WAY would it have taken the USPS one week to deliver an envelope from Buffalo-to-Rochester !All of which leads me to conclude/surmise that their response was ACTUALLY prompted by your input to them (and probably actually occurred sometime from 10/16/to 10/19/15).And so I thank you for your help in this matter as any activity on their part did not exist previous to the Revdex.com intervention."DATES" apparently are NOT that organization's strong point [but they do seem to notice them when they get 'slapped-upside-the-head] ! Delta Sonic Car Wash Niagara Falls Blvd & 80th St., Niagara Falls, NY (716)695-on 01/30/at 11:am for $Sale# 6040015301– While going through the car wash the attendants did not have my car properly in lined with the track I heard a lot of squealing, but I thought it was just the car wash equipment After the wash I proceeded to the drying station – tipped them and drove away not realizing that my car was damaged on the passenger side I went home parked my car On 02/01/while leaving for work I went to put my things for work in the back seat of the passenger side of my car and noticed the multiple scrapes and gouges on my car I immediately went back to Delta Sonic and filed a Customer Claim Report # [redacted] to report the damages On 02/3/I received a letter from Delta Sonic trying to say that the damages must be from “preexisting damage” and two free car wash tickets I assure you I did not have any damages on my car prior to going through the car wash The day of the car was I had finished paying off my car and I decided to celebrate by getting my car washed – which is why I chose to be extravagant and get the Super Kiss Plus wash

We have received the above referenced complaint and appreciate the opportunity to respond Our investigation has determined the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of Delta Sonic As shown by the attached photo, the area in which the key was placed was clean and dry Furthermore, the key was tested multiple times by the Supervisor and a [redacted] Police Officer, and each time the key functioned properly If the complainant can forward a diagnosis to our office, directly relating the issue with the key fob to our service, we will authorize reimbursement

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is not completely satisfactory to me But, since it is hard for this business to give refunds, I have decided to just accept their gift card offer Instead of losing my hard earned money to them.I used the service 1x this month because they have a 2week guarantee anyways on their Carwash It is written on their receipt And, another thing is because I could not get hold of them over the phone, I ended up getting a Carwash.Thank you very much Regards, [redacted]

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported, and fully appreciate the customers concerns Any vehicle in sound condition will safely pass through the Car Wash tunnel The reason a pre-existing condition was referenced is due to the fact that a technical service bulletin has been issued for this make/model vehicle for this specific damage A technical service bulletin is issued by a vehicle manufacturer when there are several occurrences of an unanticipated problem A copy of the bulletin has been attached for review Furthermore, our pre-wash digital video shows the driver side roof molding was lifted prior to entering the Car Wash, making the part more vulnerable to damage In the interest of customer goodwill, and in the event the service at Delta Sonic further aggravated a pre-existing condition, we are willing to offer a repair through Delta Sonic’s Auto Repair Services The complainant can contact our office at ###-###-#### for further information on the repair

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported and fully appreciate the customer's concerns Our investigation has reinforced our position that our Car Wash could not have caused the alleged damage Although we do not have video showing the condition of the vehicle prior to entering the Car Wash, the pattern of damage is inconsistent with the action of the Car Wash's components Furthermore; there are no scratches before the area of damage, which the cloth would have touched first There were also hundreds of vehicles washed at this location, on this date, with no other similar complaints.In the interest of customer goodwill, we can arrange to have our Detail Shop perform a courtesy Scratch Repair Service, which may help to lighten the scratches.If the complainant is interested in this offer, he can contact our office at [redacted] to make arrangements for the service to be completed

We appreciate the customers concerns however; after investigation, it was determined the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of Delta Sonic.The complainant claims he was rear ended at the entrance of the Car Wash however; there is no evidence of a collision via digital video Furthermore; the claimed damage is on the driver side fender, and is not consistent with being hit from behind.Although we cannot accept liability for this claim, we would be happy to assist the complainant’s insurance carrier with their investigation
