We certainly appreciate and understand the customer's concerns.Our conveyor is designed to make it practically impossible to damage a tire as described on the customer's claim.  The only way a tire might become damaged is if a section of the metal conveyor rail is broken causing a protruding...

edge.  Our manager inspected the rail after the incident was reported and his inspection did not reveal this condition to be present.  Certainly if it were, the front driver tire would have been affected as well.  An inspection by our Area Manager further reinforced our findings that the damage occurred somewhere other than Delta Sonic.  In the interest of customer goodwill, a courtesy check in the amount of $150.00 towards tire replacement, was mailed to the customer on 3/13/18.This check represents claim settlement and unfortunately we cannot offer anything further.

I was advised the incorrect charge would be adjusted and credited back to my account within a few business days.

Hello, the response does not reflect the correct information, the mirror has NEVER been replaced previously. The  mirror was replaced by Delta Sonic due to their own investigation that it was damaged during a wash. The replacement was with an after market mirror that does not match driver side factory mirror, the depth perception, reflection/magnification is too strong and It is dangerous as the entire side is a blind spot. The vehicle is a large truck and at this point the mirror is useless and a danger. I am requesting the mirror be replaced with the correct factory made mirror as it had prior to Delta Sonic damaging it.  I Have expressed the same concern on going, also with the same request to simply have the correct part replaced. All paperwork has been forwarded to my attorney at this point.  Delta Sonic will be held liable for the endangerment it is currently putting myself and family by NOT replacing my mirror with factory OEM parts. I am also concerned that when I spoke with Delta Sonic prior to the installation, I was told it would be replaced with the same Ford parts and not an aftermarket parts as it was. I have yet to receive a callback from any of the managers or staff I left a message at Delta Sonic, prior to my complaint.

order for a claim to be properly investigated, a video review is
necessary.  Unfortunately, we have no
record of the customer coming through the Car Wash in April and the customer
cannot...

produce a receipt.  At this time,
the customer has provided us with three separate potential dates and upon video
review, her vehicle is not seen going through the wash.  Furthermore, had the molding come off during
the wash, it would have been found on the floor at some point in the bay.  It was confirmed that no molding for the
customers make and model vehicle was found. 
Without the exact date and time of the service, we cannot
properly investigate the claim to determine liability and therefore, cannot
offer any monetary reimbursement.  In the
interest of customer goodwill, we can offer $125.00 in Delta Sonic gift cards
as overcompensation to resolve this claim. 
Please notify our office if this offer is acceptable.

the services you provided was done by your details crew with the necklace name tag because it came from someone who had it on and leaning on my car with it and scratched in 2 places that was not there when I got my car washed b4 the detailed it and then they tried to tell me my car was clean in the inside when it was barely touched because all they did was take out the trash that was on the inside

vehicle's first visit at Delta Sonic.  Video was also reviewed showing all procedures were completed properly during the Oil Change services.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for this claim as the head gasket could not have been affected during a routine Oil Change service.

We would like to investigate this matter further.  In order to review the plan information, we would need the tag number from the window sticker that was issued to the customer.  Please respond with this information so that we may further investigate.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business mailed an unsigned letter stating they do not wish to have my services performed at their business.  The receipt offers a satisfaction guarantee that did not meet my expectations.  It is not the consumer's fault for work of lesser quality however, if the business refuses to make it right it is then considered theft.  I was promised a phone call to resolve such issue and the company has failed to contact me via phone.  I will admit that I indeed take extreme care of my vehicle however, I indeed made it clear to the attendant of my expectations and he assured me the job would be complete to my expectations.  When it wasn't the business failed to honor the SATISFACTION GUARANTEE which is written all over my receipt which I still have.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  This company is totally unprofessional,  sending me a letter explaining that I have been already issued a refund back to my credit card from the location of service. That was a lie. I had to call in atleast 3 more times and explained to the customer service as they wont even listen to me, explaining to me that I have to wait for the refund to be processed back to the credit card. So the location that served me didn't process it and the letter mentioned that I already have been reimbursed. Finally before responding here they issued a check, which is again totally different to the letter that they sent me. I am tired of this whole situation and I would like to bring to attention that because of a complete unprofessional job and unprofessional behaviour I am left with a hefty fee of about $500 to get my windshield replaced. For a chip that was not bigger than an inch, hardly visible, it has grown 10 folds now.

We appreciate the customers concerns however; after investigation, it was determined the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of Delta Sonic.The complainant claims he was rear ended at the entrance of the Car Wash however; there is no evidence of a collision via digital video.  Furthermore; the claimed damage is on the driver side fender, and is not consistent with being hit from behind.Although we cannot accept liability for this claim, we would be happy to assist the complainant’s insurance carrier with their investigation.

We appreciate the customer's concerns however; after video review, it was determined that the drain plug was properly torqued and secured in the oil pan at the time of the service.  We have had a copy of the digital video mailed to The Warranty Group and this should be covered for the customer...

Although Delta Sonic is not an insurance company, they have a claims department that handles damages to customer properties when a loss occurs. Based on this, they should be abiding by state law rules when it comes to handling property insurance losses. The state laws for insurance state that when someone causes damages to ones property, the owner of that property is able to seek reimbursement from the responsible party which would include repair cost or full replacement of that property. Reimbursement for the damages property goes to the propertt owner. The property owner shall be made whole again. Reimbursement for repairs of the damaged property does not required to go the an actual repair facility. The actual repair facility is not the owner of the property.In this case, I took my vehicle to a Delta Sonic car wash. An employee caused damage to the front driver side door. Photos of this damage was taken. A preliminary estimate can be written off of those photos. The damage to the driver side door was minor. A check to the property owner (in this case that would be me [redacted]) should be issued directly to me. I at the time of the incident was the owner of the 2015 Lexus NX. It is not required by state law for a check for the damages to go directly to a repair shop nor is it required for me to have my vehicle repaired & provide proof of a receipt. Liability is not in question here. Delta Sonic has accepted liability & has agreed to pay for the damages. Delta Sonic is not following the rules for acting as an insurance claim department.
