After fully reviewing all the facts in this report and
rechecking the matter with our personnel involved, our findings have reinforced
our position there is no evidence the damage was caused at Delta Sonic.
Our findings show that the vehicle experienced these issues
upon pulling in to
the Detail Shop and beginning to vacuum. The symptoms presented themselves prior to
any shampooing. It is not possible for
vacuuming to cause the claimed damage. A
blown seat fuse is typically the result of a motor malfunction or a short in
the wiring
If the complainant can provide a statement from the
dealership directly relating this damage to the service performed at Delta
Sonic, we will certainly assume responsibility for the claim

We appreciate the customer's concerns and have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident reported Our findings have reinforced our position that there is no evidence the floor mats were lost at Delta Sonic The Detail Service was performed on 7/22/ The
customer reported the claim nearly two weeks later on 8/4/ Our digital video of the service on 7/22/clearly shows there was a total of five mats in the vehicle All five mats were removed, cleaned and later returned to the vehicle per digital video In the interest of customer goodwill, we have offered the customer to choose a set of replacement floor mats from our store stock Due to the fact that we have clear video disproving the customer's claim, we will not offer to purchase the original mats

We appreciate the customers patience as we reviewed information concerning the claim The customer can expect to receive a check for the key replacement The check will arrive via mail within 7-business days

The fact of the matter is also stated in their replyThey admit that that they will not put new parts on a carThey use cute terminology to make you think that you don't have to use junk parts When in fact the rude claim adjuster for delta sonic actually told me to get a price on the used parts from a junk yard Don't cover this up It's a factPeople need to know that if delta sonic breaks or damages your vehicle they will not fix it with new parts They are liable and that is horrible customer service They do that because no one can challenge them They know that hiring a lawyer and sueing them would cost more than fixing it your self So you as the Revdex.com need to exploit thisThis is a matter of principleIf this does not get published and the facts made available to all customers them escalate it to the next level andvsee if any lawyers would like to file a suit pro bonoThank you for your interest in making people aware of the risks they are unaware of Don't let delta's abbreviation of words or cute terminology fool youIm here to tell youbtgat if your car gets damaged, you will encounter a cocky rude claims agent andbyour vehicle might get fixed, uf it does get fixed it will be done wuth used, junk parts from a junk yardTHATS THE FACTS

We do have cameras which capture images of the vehicle prior to entering the Car Wash In order for a video investigation to be completed, a claim form would have to be filed on site with the manager

Again, all we can offer is a repair with our Repair Department If the complainant would like to pursue this matter through small claims court, we will provide video evidence showing the pre-existing damage

Our records indicate these repairs were covered under warranty at Transitowne Dodge Chrysler

please help me I think this is total garbage that Delta Sonic said they refund me the $$ but since the complant was closed (since agree to that) THEY NEVER sent payment :(

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported and fully appreciate the customers concerns. The customers Unlimited Car Wash Plan was terminated because it was being used on multiple vehicles, which is against Delta Sonic's policy.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reinstate the customers plan

The vehicle pulling to the side is indicative of poor
alignment. It is highly unlikely that a
collision at less than two miles per
hour could affect the vehicles wheel
alignment. It is more likely that road
hazards such as pot holes caused the alignment to be off
Please have the problem diagnosed at an auto repair center,
if the technician deems the wheel alignment could have been affected by the
incident in question, we will reimburse the cost of a wheel alignment

The description of the plan indicates that Unlimited customers would save UP TO cents per gallon when using The Card to purchase gas All of our signs read that Unlimited members save 10-cents per gallon when using The Card The cent discount falls within the 10-cents that is
advertised Our website does also say UP TO cents

We appreciate the customer's concerns however; repairs were made prior to any approval by Delta Sonic If Delta Sonic had been given the opportunity to properly process the claim, our cost to repair the antenna would have been $ This price was determined by a licensed insurance
adjuster and a copy of the appraisal has been attached for reference In the interest of customer goodwill, we have issued reimbursement to the customer representing the fair and accurate cost to repair We also sent $in Delta Sonic Gift Cards as further compensation

I do not have time to deal with this matter any furtherI do not know what more information Delta Sonic needs to refund me the money that I paid based on the information communicated at the time of purchaseThe signs were displayed on the windshieldsThe staff washed the car touching the stickers as they washed the windowsThey did not inform me that they had cancelled the plan not to mention the reason for the cancellationWhen I contacted customer service regarding the issue, the rep stated that he could not assist meHe did not mention commercial plans available I would have been happy to consider plans applicable to Uber and Lyft if they had been communicatedAs a consumer I do not know your policies, but trust your staff to communicate that informationI also do not feel obligated to spend enorrmous amounts of time to prove that your staff failed to adhere to your policies and provide honest good quality service

We have attempted to appraise fairly and properly all the information and reports available to us regarding Ms***'s claim Our investigation has reinforced our position that our Car Wash could not have caused the alleged damage The pattern of damage is clearly inconsistent with the action of the Car Wash's components Be assured, Delta Sonic does not deny a claim if we feel there is any possibility the damage could have occurred in the Car Wash Although we cannot accept liability or pay for any repairs, as a gesture of customer goodwill, we are still willing to make arrangements for our Detail Shop to perform a courtesy Scratch Repair Service to help remedy the problem

We appreciate the customer's concern however, our equipment is specifically designed so that it will not cause the damage that has been reported with this claim Because the Car Wash conveyor rail is located only on the driver side of the wash bay, we are confident the damage to the
passenger wheel could not have occurred during the wash In the past, our investigations have revealed that passenger side wheel damage was usually caused by curb contact Furthermore, our District Manager inspected the damage firsthand and also agreed that the damage was not consistent with any equipment in the wash bay The wheel repair was offered as a customer courtesy only Unfortunately, it was determined by our Repair Technician that a wheel repair would not remedy the problem For the inconvenience, a complimentary coupon valued at $was sent directly to the customer We can offer nothing further on this claim
