Good Afternoon, I understand you are still upset at this situationAs stated previously theirs no way for me to confirm what was verbally said between you and are representativeI understand you were unable to inspect the vehicle until after it was delivered however you elected for Kyle D [redacted] to receive the vehicle and sign off on the inspection [redacted] received the car and signed our inspection sheet notating there was no damage at the time of deliveryWhen we are contacted after delivery about damages done to the vehicle there is only one way for us to tell if damages occurred in our possession and that is by the inspection done at the time of delivery [redacted] felt comfortable enough to sign off on the paperwork with no damagesDue to this we are unable to confirm if damages occurred after delivery and are unable to process your requestIt is very important that our terms of service are reviewed and signed prior to vehicle pick upThis means you understand the process and agree to our practicesUnfortunately we are unable to move forward with your requestWe will process you the refund of $once you confirm that it is satisfactoryThank you

Good Afternoon, I apologize that you are unhappy with the transport thus farI have attached a copy of the terms of service you agreed to on and I have highlighted the areas of importance pertaining to your complaintSection and of our contract explains that all dates and times are tentative nothing is ever guaranteedThe reasoning for this is because we cannot predict delaysAs stated earlier your shipment was pushed back because our subcontractor was trying to reach you for pickup and was unable to get in contact with youThis caused a domino effect with the delivery extending the transport timeI offered you the subcontractors information because you were requesting phone records and that is not something we can provide because the phone calls were not made by our company to schedule the pickup so we are not in possession of those records Thank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: It is not the same damage, at time the vehicle was droped with crowley, the bumper had a little scratch and the damage on the back lift door was the word outlander and in my letter im stating that this damage is not being claimedHowever, the huge dent in the back lift as seen in the pictures was not there and as per pictures is completely new, the antenna was not broken and the bumper had an additional big scratch that follows the same line with the huge dent in the back lift door If you look at the report codes on the back door it states code (missing emblem) it does not have code (bent) or code (dented)The antenna is marked as OK without any additional code, on the left side is broken, when the vehicle was dropped it was scratch on the door not on the side pannel, however if you look at the estimate this is not being claimed due to not noticing it at the time of final inspectionThe bumper received a heavy hit that left a line deep into the bumper this was not there, and if you follow the line, it lines with the dent on the backlift door because both were caused by the same eventIf your office personnel were more customer service oriented and had the courtesy to its clients to receive or return calls or emails all of these damages could have been clarified as stated in this communiation and a satisfactory resolution could have been reached In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseI reject this response due to the fact there was a delay according to the details of the contract. The driver they contracted to deliver our vehicle ignored their CONTRACT to deliver to the home on the CONTRACT be paid for. The desired delivery address and person was designated in the CONTRACT. He also called us stating he had our car, which showed no delays and we told him to deliver to the address and person in the CONTRACT. And due to his unwillingness to follow this CONTRACT the company speaks of, and what we told him to do, they failed to honor the CONTRACT which cause my family to have to pay for hotels for a weekend and rental car. So if they want to quote tier CONTRACT, then they failed to do what we requested and paid for

The information is no longer needed as the subcontractor FINALLY picked up the motorcycle on the FOURTH attempt (after failing to show up the previous three times) Just to add, the subcontractor just called to CANCEL delivery of my motorcycle today after I took off a day of work to receive it To RRAT: I still expect your company to atone for the terrible service I received and when your president returns from out of the country in October (ostensibly, according to customer service, has no contact with anything dealing with his business until then), I will be contacting him

Good Afternoon,I apologize for the confusion with this order As stated earlier our records indicate that you requested to have the vehicle held at the Long Beach port until 8/*/When I review the records I am referring to the order log not a recorded phone callIf you look at of our terms of service is does state " This contract supersedes all prior written or oral representation" the reason we have that in our terms is because we do not have a record of recorded phone calls so our written agreement is all we can go byWe honored your request and held the vehicle at our facility and informed you of storage fees and you understoodThe storage fees are normally $20/day however we only charged $15/day due to the inconvenience you had experienced Thank you

you want the following repaired: Lif gate, Rear bumper, Roof and antennaPlease look at the attached inspection report that was taken when you dropped the vehicle off at our San Juan port on 11/**/I have highlighted the areas that were notated as preexisting damage at the time of drop offPlease note that these damages are identical to the inspection reportI have also attached the inspection report at the time of delivery which suggests no new damageBoth reports matchDue to the inspection reports matching this means that the damage you are inquiring about was all preexisting prior to your shipment with usUnfortunately insurance will not cover anything that was preexisting hence why the claim was deniedI apologize for the inconvenience and I hope the attached paperwork can assist in giving you a better understanding as to why the claim has been denied.
