Good Afternoon, I apologize for any inconvenience you have received during your vehicle transport Unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a damage claim if the inspection report was signed showing there was no damage at the time of deliveryIf the delivery end signs the inspection
report at the time of delivery with no damage notated on it and a claim is filed afterwards insurance will not be able to cover it because there is no proof that damage occurred during transit versus after deliveryFor further recourse we recommend you contact your insurance company. Thank you

That is not what James told me at American AutoHe told me that - broker was told the car would be picked up on Friday- the car wasn't picked up on Friday because the driver went to Matson after and they were closed. - I waited all day on Saturday no one contacted me on Saturday to update meI was told it would be dropped on Saturday! Your website says "24/7car tracking in realtime! I used it times but no response! the driver going to the port late is NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY! No I do not accept your response!

responsibleThere is no wheel damage indicated on the signed Bill of LadingCustomer signed bill of lading accepting vehicle with no damage notatedAs per the RoadRunner contract also signed by the customer:Damage must be noted in the proper place on the Bill of Lading and signed by Customer regardless of weather conditions, time of day or day of weekSigning the Bill of Lading and inspection report without notation of any damage verifies that Customer has received his/her vehicle(s) in satisfactory condition, and that RoadRunner Auto Transport/Carrier and their agents are relieved of any further responsibility. Damage claims are not accepted when damage is claimed after the vehicle is dropped offDamage must be notated on the bill of lading - this protects the carrier from damage occurring after vehicle drop-off and being claimed as the fault of the carrier.Thank You

I do not agree with your investigationThe inspection sheet was signed at the Matson shipping yardI signed agreeing that they, "MATSON" were not responsible for the damagesMatson has images ,which I previously attached but could provide again if needed, that prove my car was damaged upon arrival at their port in California.The Mountain Logistics "Bill of Landing" does not document the damages that are on my driver side doorProving that the damages where not there when they initially reached the carIn fact the form is not even filled out completelyThere are no notes to document the events that your drivers are claiming happenedIf they witnessed my brother trying to pry open the car door and witnessed him damaging it why didn't they write a note to state that this did indeed happen? There is no VIn number or mileage number written down. Again, it is completely unfair to me as a customer to be held responsible for $6,+ damages that were done to my car by someone your company contracted to drive my car to CaliforniaThe apartment complex that my car was sitting at has surveillance camerasI am in the process of getting a copy of that day's( June *, 2016) footage to prove that the drivers from Mountain Logistics are responsible for the damage done to my carThere is is proof, your drivers are guiltyIt is completely insane to even place blame on us for damaging our own property

With their response to my complaint, VLogistics continue to act in bad faith by not resolving my primary requestI requested a new and realistic date of delivery
