Although my sister did eventually receive the vehicle, it was still not door-to-door service as indicated on their websiteThey also charged full price even though they were late on deliveryThank you for delivering the vehicle, but please take information off of your websiteIt was a great inconvenience to not be informed of this ahead of time and it would have been nice if I did not have to go this route to have simple questions answered in regard to my personal propertyPlease take into consideration that you are dealing with human beings and that you would not like it if you were in your consumer's shoes and this were happening to you

Good Afternoon, I apologize that you are unhappy with the transport thus farI have attached a copy of the terms of service you agreed to on 7/**/and I have highlighted the areas of importance pertaining to your complaintSection and of our contract explains that all dates and times are tentative nothing is ever guaranteedThe reasoning for this is because we cannot predict delaysAs stated earlier your shipment was pushed back because our subcontractor was trying to reach you for pickup and was unable to get in contact with youThis caused a domino effect with the delivery extending the transport timeI offered you the subcontractors information because you were requesting phone records and that is not something we can provide because the phone calls were not made by our company to schedule the pickup so we are not in possession of those records. Thank you

I apologize that our service manager was not available when you called inMy system shows that you were able to speak with her on December *** at 3:PMI have also scheduled a call back for our manager to reach you today when she comes in office at 1:PM eastern standard time. I will work with our service manager to make sure the rest of your vehicle transport runs smoothly and all your needs are met. Thank you

Good Afternoon, I have looked into your order and I show no record of you inquiring about this situation with our companyAfter seeing this we reached out to the driver however he informed us that this was over a month ago and does not have the information you are looking for because police
searches are standard at driver check pointsIt looks like you went directly through the driver prior to this complaint so this is the first time we are being made aware of this situationI do apologize however there is no way for us to receive the information you are looking for. Thank you

You can log into there website at anytime and the estimate does not change for *** *** ** to *** **. They are baiting people by using low quotes, but they cannot honor their quotes because they are in no way near accruate over dollars off in my caseI recieved a phone call confirming a price and a pick up and niether were kept

I have not been contacted by customer serviceI contacted the company to get an update on my delivery date as I was quoted to be by end of day today (04/**/2016)I was told that the RoadRunner cannot meet the quoted date and the delivery will actually be 04/**/They also claim that they have tried to contact me multiple times yet I have no voicemails or return emailsi have provided two separate emails and they do have my correct phone number as they have left me a message previouslyThe treatment I receive by this company is unbelievableSince filing this complaint, they are rude, short and unhelpfulI asked to have the emails resent along with the voicemails as it would be helpful to resolve this claim, and they replied with "*** *** *** *** ***" They do not seem to care about the delivery itself, nor the promises made by the sales representativeI have received total updates since the order was placed on 04/**/2016, both of which, I have had to make multiple calls and emails of complaint to getI am seeking partial credit of $500, and a completed acceptable delivery to resolve this complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseIf their carrier is on the road all the time then this could have been explain to me in the many emails and many phone calls to the claims manager to which I was always told was out or on break and would get back with me This person never got back in touch with me My insurance company (***) is assisting me with this claim and has been trying to get in touch with the claims manager with emails and calls, but the company has not replied to any of mine or my insurance company request their WEB page suggest that they are a number carrier that takes all responsibility for your shipment then why am I having to wait for someone that VLogistics out source to resolve my damages when I only dealt with and paid VLogistics Now VLogistics do not want to talk to me as a paid customer in getting my damages resolve I think a good business practice would have been taking care of the customer
