Review: Approximately in July of 2015 I was contacted by a sales Rep for this company offering better processing fee rates than my current provider. I had a lenghty conversation with the Rep and explained that my current operating system was Quickbooks POS (Point of Sale) and I did not think that other processing companies were compatible. The Rep was quick to say that they were completely compatible with my current system and their Tech's could integrate their card readers.I then agreed to the contract and started the process to get set up.When the Tech called me to set up my computer he asked which POS I was running. I told him Quickbooks POS. He then stated that they could not integrate with my system and that I would have to run a completely separate "Stand alone" card reader. I said to the tech that I did not want that and that the Rep misinformed me and to terminate the set up.In Sept I saw that my checking account was debited $32.90 and again in the first week of Oct. I contacted Merchant Account systems and spoke to Anthony Herrera (manager). Anthony admitted that they "might" be at fault but I must have not told them about the POS I was runnning. I tried to explain to him that I was clear but he refuses to terminate my contract and wants to charge me an early termination fee! He says they can run a "stand alone" system which is close enough. This is NOT what I was sold and I do NOT want to have to run a sale through my computer as "Misc Tender" and then run a whole separate payment through their reader. This will create a huge paperwork nightmare!The only reason I signed up was because I was told they were 100% compatible and integratible... they are notDesired Settlement: I would like my 2 months of service fees refunded ($32.90 each month) and my contract voided without a termination fee.I would like my fees refunded by mail. Not direct depositThey have NEVER processed a card for me nor did they ever send me any card readers

Review: I got intouch with merchant account solutions and talked to the rep.He gave me some info to get me signed up and did it all over the phone so I did not have any paperwork or fee schedule just what he told me.I never received any paperwork in the mail just my first bill.I was told it was a .19 transaction fee plus up to 2.5 percent depending on the card the customer used. I got billed 59.47 for one transaction.there were about 9 lines with fees on them and I was never told about 8 of those lines the one line I was told about was 36.74 more than I was told it would be when signing up. I talked to the manager Anthony Herrera told him I want to cancel this account thats when I found out about a 3 year contract and 500.00 to cancel news to me never heard that before we work out an agreement and he refunded the account the difference to make it 20.00 and said he would fix it for the future bills. The next bill came it was 19.95 like it was suppose to be. Then on to the next month and back up to 39.90. I called and he said I had to do a survey to get it back to 19.95. survey done and I get the next bill 54.85 highest bill yet now I want to cancel and he tells me its 545.00 to cancel. I dont get the same answer even from the same manager. I also read the "draft" contract Im assuming he just did because he could not provide that to me before and it states the cancel fee in first year is 350.00 so I dont know what's going on in this company but I dont trust them one bit and will never use or recommend them to any other bussiness I talk with.Desired Settlement: I want the money over the 19.95 a month I have been charged till curent and I want to be done with this company.I want this contract terminated!I dont want to stay with this company because I dont know what to expect for a bill.

In response to claim 10/21/15 Mr. M[redacted] applied on

our Mobile Application for his business on 5-27-15 at 10:39 AM, Merchant Account

Solutions proceeded to fulfill the order as requested and setup the account

with the information provided by Mr. M[redacted] within 24 hours.

Per the complaint listed Mr. M[redacted] says he was never told

about these terms, conditions and fees but this application was submitted to

our portal unsolicited, it was an order placed through our Mobile app, all

details of our agreements and contracts are very clear, concise and requires

acceptance by the applicant in each step of the process, the final step is a

set of terms, this section provides all important details in regard to the,

pricing and structures for each respective application. All items listed in

question via the complaint detail is available at that point and view-able

prior to acceptance of the terms listed in our agreements. There is full and

complete disclosure included with all of our applications.

Despite

the inaccuracies in the complaint I have records of Mr. M[redacted] contacting our

Customer Service group to go over the monthly fees and minimums on 6-3-15,

information was provided and no further questions were asked. On 6-18-15 Mr.

M[redacted] called again to go over the same information that was provided on

5-27-15, 6-3-15 and now again on 6-18-15. These same calls were also again

fielded on 6-25-15, 7-2-15 and 7-6-15 to provide the same information. After

the conversation on 7-6-15 a representative authorized a credit in the amount

of $32.90 and lowered total monthly fees to total of $19.95, as long as Mr.

M[redacted] took the industry mandated PCI compliance scan the fees would remain at

the agreed upon structure that was amended on 7-6-15. The paper statements that

are delivered monthly to Mr. M[redacted]’s address explicitly list the PCI

Compliance requirement these have been provided monthly ranging from the onset

of the account until present day. On 10-3-15 Mr. M[redacted] also contacted our

Customer Service group to check on the status of his PCI compliance scan in

which he was informed that he is now PCI compliant. The fees are now as

suggested during the 7-6-15 conversation.

In closing, the

desired settlement requested by Mr. M[redacted], Merchant Account Solutions agrees

to close the account with no Early Termination Fees as long as the equipment is

returned in proper working order, once equipment is received and tested account will be closed. No refunds, as services were requested and provided. Any fees leading up to account closure are valid.MAS ReturnsREF#75335
