As previously stated
 Merchant Account Solutions has waived 1($350) of 2 termination fees as a courtesy to the merchant not understanding the terms and conditions provided(online application and hard copy mailed) for services they requested, we provided and merchant installed. Any other fees are valid per agreement provided. Merchant requested services, provided all information for merchant application including but not limited to personal information such as social security number and bank account information and proceeded to sign agreement online, digital signature captured is embedded with IP address previously provided. Dates provided on agreements are the dates the agreements commenced (when account was assigned a merchant ID and associated account numbers).

Majority of concerns brought to our company's attention are of merchants who have falsely claimed terms were not provided. Every merchant application provided has ALL terms, pricing and conditions available for the merchant to read and understand. Unfortunately we are not responsible if a merchant chooses to not read the terms that were given to them to read and agree to. As a courtesy for the merchants misunderstanding of the terms. We will waive the termination fees to one of the two merchant accounts as long as the equipment provided EPN SN: 3[redacted] is return in good working condition to the address below. Merchant will still be responsible for one of two accounts .This Merchant was provided terms and conditions twice , one for each account requested. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)All the complaints about this business are the same as mine. It's obvious what they do and the dirty tactics they use. Where is this contract? How many things have been switched up?They point blank lied to me over the phone and literally switched up every term they agreed to. I do NO actively use both accounts. I used the mobile swiper for 30 days and stopped when I realized the fees that were taken were not agreed upon. Paid for but only used the Internet account one time. Literally every complaint is the same. These are dirty cheating tactics that they use. I will not give them another dollar nor will this be a debt on my credit report. They will not get away with this. As stated before I wants account closed, no fees and for this company to never touch my bank account again. I do NOT accept their response as satisfactory.

We have reviewed the Merchant Processing Applications along with their account notations in order to address this merchants concerns. We reached out the merchant to offer lower credit card rates for their merchant services, merchant requested a quote and was transferred to our Account Executive Leonard. The representative emailed over a quote stating debit rate would be 0.39% and swiped rate starting at 1.54% also advising them the find more information regarding our different programs as well as providing them with the Merchant Processing Application.Merchant Proceeded to complete 2 applications for 2 different programs, a Virtual Terminal and a Mobile Processing Application for their smartphone. Both applications stated the full terms and conditions as well as fees associated with each program type. Merchant agreed to the terms and conditions which the merchant had the opportunity to print out the full agreements and retain copies for their records. The agreement was digitally signed with their IP address embedded 68.10.96.98.All information was provided to the merchant to read through and agree to. Merchant also completed installation procedures and has been actively using both merchant accounts. Merchant has been provided with termination procedures and cost. I am rejecting this response because: Although I have now been contacted almost daily by Merchant account solutions...

where I could not get a response when I was trying to get my issue resolved, they've assured me they would refund the money that was taken out of my account. However, I will not consider the matter resolved until I see the money back in my bank account. Also I had to pay a $15 stop payment fee to stop this company from taking any more money out of my account. I would like this to be reimbursed in addition to what was taken out fraudulently. The company stated that there was a "miscommunication" even though I told the man that kept calling me I was not interested in using their company. I could not have said it any plainer but they deducted my money anyway without my consent.

I am rejecting this response because:
My list of complaints with this company is long. Over a year ago they made a mistake and opened and account on my partner's name that should have never been open. After calling merchant for several months trying to get them to fix their mistake, I finally got them to admit that it was an error made and the account was going to be closed. In the time it took them to recognized their mistake, the company illegally took money from my bank account. I say illegal, because I never give them the authorization to link any account to it other than the one I already had with them. After I got them to admit their mistake, I asked for the return the money was taken for my bank account, and their response was "it is not our policy to return money" I submitted a complaints with my bank, Wells Fargo, about merchant's actions towards me, and they found their procedures incorrect refunding $695 that was taking illegally from my bank account. I was suggested by my ban to go to the police and submit a "supine" and continue with legal actions with this manner. I instructed my bank to keep any and all attempts to collect payments, which forced merchant to send me bills. Merchant no only made that "mistake" of opening an account that should have never been open and illegally took money from my bank account, but now they have sent to "collections" for that account. According to them the account has been closed (following is a "cut and paste" email from them telling me that the account was closed. I will lie to resolve this manner by having merchant contacting any and or all "collection agency" and fix their errors by eliminating any "debts" they have me and my company in "collections" for. Also terminate any and all business between me and my company with merchant, not cost to me or my company, I cannot continue doing business with a company that have made so many mistakes and has illegally taking money from me.

chain of events that took place within this particular scenario if effort to
provide clarity and closure to this claim

(offices are closed) merchant downloaded our Mobile
Application Smartswipe and applied for the services in question.
Ms.
Long complaint detail reflects conflicting information, she downloaded our app
with the expectation of us being similar to a different organization, (which
may be the original issue) notwithstanding, the complaint listed many details
but left out a few important steps during the application process - for
instance, our Mobile App requests pertinent information to be entered in prior
to application submission, these steps include but are not limited to

application process is very clear, concise and requires acceptance by the applicant
in each step of the process, the final step is a set of terms, this section

acceptance of the terms listed in our agreements. There is full and complete
disclosure included with all of our applications. Application was signed

In
closing the desired settlement requested by Ms. Long is to have the account
closed with no early termination fees for services rendered from June 2015 and
all fees refunded from inception. Merchant Account Solutions stands by its
services, products and terms listed in our fully disclosed and completely
transparent contracts at all times and while we feel that we have delivered the
services requested to the best of our ability, we will waive the termination
fee due to their misunderstanding of the terms provided. Any and all fees
accrued during the active state valid as services were requested, provided, and
installed. Account will be closed at the end of the billing cycle (9/30/15) and
no refunds will be issued. Merchant Account Solutions would like to advise
merchant in their future business ventures to always read and have full
understanding of the terms provided for services they are requesting to avoid
confusion such as this.

We were able to locate merchant...

account information by other means but not by the information that was provided to the Revdex.com. We have received the equipment in good and working condition as a courtesy the account is now closed June 16, 2016 and termination fees of $645 dollars were waived and they were released of 94.44% of the financial responsibility of the 3 year agreement the merchant agreed to via digital signature which was embedded with their IP address [redacted]. Merchant was also mailed a welcome packet with all the programs guides and terms. No refunds will be processed as service were requested, provided, installed and actively used. Merchant Account
Solutions would like to advise business owner for the future to always read all
terms and conditions provided to them and have full understanding before
signing anything in order to avoid any misunderstandings for their business.

In order to assist with this merchant concerns we have reviewed accounts notations and agreement. 
Merchant was provided proper closing procedures on July 15, 2015. Which included all the correct paper work and return address for equipment. Merchant neglected to follow the...

procedures provided and only completed half of the procedures that were highlighted in the email with the procedures. Merchant was advised on numerous occasions that the email provided with the procedures needed to completed in order to process closure. Merchant neglect to complete procedures is not Merchant Account Solutions responsibility.  
Unfortunately merchant's desired resolutions cannot be granted, there is a signed 36 month agreement on file that is available upon request to the merchant ###-###-####. All fees and termination fees are valid per merchant agreement. Account was closed on December 4th, 2015 after receiving equipment along with closure form as requested in the closing procedures. Account is scheduled to be billed their termination fees with the next 30 business days.

So far I have experienced wonderful response time and professional courtesy from Merchant Account Solutions. There was a small problem with my account and they fixed it with great speed. Their customer service and technical support is very high ranking in my opinion.

I am rejecting this response because:The contract was never sent to me until I complained. The terms of the agreement including fine print were not disclosed. When you bind a person in a contract they should be able to read and also sign the contract before agreeing to any of its terms. I returned the equipment on 5/17/2015. This should have stopped the service fees, but they continued. I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service of Merchant Solutions. I am extremely dissatisfied with the professionalism or Anthony Herrera.

Card reader was returned by UPS unopened. Never used. I realize that I completed an application, but thought I was dealing with a different company - Square. I have no use for the services of this company and would like to terminate any arrangement. When I realized it was a mistake within 5 minutes of speaking to them, they said too bad. No money will be sent to them to end this contract. I was within my rights to cancel within 3 days and they denied this request.

I received a message stating that this complaint had been resolved outside...

of the Revdex.com.   This is not true.  I did have one conversation with the merchant services co sales person "B[redacted]".  We did not resolve this situation, I'm still committed in a contract that I have not signed and they are charging me for services that I'm not using.  I have reached out to B[redacted] on 11/27 and 11/30 and only got a voice message, and no return as of yet.  I did express to B[redacted] that WHEN my issue was resolved to my satisfaction I would contact the Revdex.com and submit that it had been resolved.  That has not happened.  I was surprised to receive the e-mail message from the Revdex.com that it had been resolved.  So clearly B[redacted] sent that message. I would appreciate any support that the Revdex.com can offer to me.  I'm a small business owner and I do not feel like this company is up front with their communications.

service by downloading our mobile application Credit Card Reader available through the Google Play Store for download for free. Merchant was contacted by our representative and advised to complete and online application in order to complete activation and for equipment to be sent out, merchant was also advised to read through application before agreeing to terms. Merchant completed application and agreed to terms and conditions via digital signature embedded with their IP Address **.**.126.113. Within those terms any and all service fees where listed and available to save and retain, also a welcome packet was mailed which included a CD with the Merchant Services Program Guide (Terms and Conditions). In order to address the merchants desired resolutions as a courtesy  for the merchant not reading the terms provided we will waive termination fees and agreement as long as the merchant returns equipment provided EPN(2) SN: 3[redacted] and SN: 2[redacted] to the address listed below.

On June 4, 2014 Mr. [redacted] solicited Merchant Acccount
Solutions and applied on our Mobile Application for the service in question,
the account was approved and the hardware mentioned in the complaint detail was
shipped, delivered and signed for by Mr. [redacted] June...

11th 2014.
The complaint listed by Mr. [redacted] states that he received
an email from a representative listing out our offer, pricing and terms for his
new account, chief amongst the details mentioned was that there is $4.95
Monthly statement fee listed as part of the offer, in the latter portion of the
same report Mr. [redacted] states that he never agreed to monthly fees. Either the
context of the email was written incorrectly or the information provided
outright contradicts itself.  Historically Merchant Account Solutions has
firmly stood by all offers that are presented in writing from representatives
but we were never provided such an email nor details explaining the offers the
complaint detail is the first bit of information provided suggesting such
emails, agreements or amended terms.
Despite the inaccuracies in the complaint it has been
founded that Mr. [redacted]s application was submitted to our company unsolicited
through our Mobile web portal; in this application all details of our
agreements and contracts are very clear, concise and requires acceptance by the
applicant in each step of the process, the final step is a set of terms - this
section provides all important details in regard to the pricing and structures
for each respective application. All items listed in question via the complaint
detail is available at that point and viewable prior to acceptance of the terms
listed in our agreements. There is full and complete disclosure included with
all of our applications and this situation is no different.
In the interim Merchant Account Solutions has also founded
that Mr. [redacted] had 2 separate accounts with Ipayment Inc. whom is the
underwriter and processor for the account in question as well as the processor
for the aforementioned account ending in XXXXXXXXXXXX8191. Inexplicably on October
17, both accounts mentioned were shut down due to Security Risk Issues and
Fraudulent Activity, this was not done at Merchant Account Solutions request
but as a blanket closure for all accounts under the Ipayment Inc. umbrella. The
correlation of dates of this complaint as well as the dates of force closure
one can only assume that we have not done anything wrong other than provide a
service that was requested by Mr. [redacted] and this is an effort to further
engage in fraudulent activity.
In
closing, the desired settlement requested by Mr. [redacted] cannot be granted.
Merchant Account Solutions agrees to close the account with no Early
Termination Fees as long as the equipment is returned in proper working order
but there will be no refund of the monies requested.
