After reviewing this merchant account notations and agreement,
merchant was emailed a Merchant Processing Agreement and was advised to
complete and agree to all terms and conditions which has all fees
associated
with the services requestedMerchant proceeded to enter all of their business
information and business owners information at the end of agreement merchant
agreed to terms via digital signature embedded with their IP address ##.###.###.###Agreement available upon requestMerchant account was approved,
account number was issued and credit card reader was sent out On April 20,
merchant installed equipment and ran a test transactionOn April 30th merchant called in stating reader was not compatible, merchant provided us with incorrect smartphone modelCorrect equipment was sent out free of charge with a return label to return other deviceServices were requested, provided and installed.

in order to avoid any misunderstandings for their business
As a courtesy to the merchant we can terminate the merchant

be issued for for any fees already billed as services were requested, provided,

I recently started my own online clothing boutique, FoxandtheFowl.com and Merchant Account Solutions has helped me from the beginningThey had lower fees than the other competitors I researched and the customer service was excellent! They helped walk me through the entire set up and were always available if any problems came upI am still using them for my online store as well as my mobile CC app

I am rejecting this response because: I didnt give merchant account solutions the authority to take money out of my account They did say if the credit card was used then I would be liable to pay a processing fee.
The credit card swiper was never used I would appreciate to have my money returned to me.

application process requires confirmation and submission, lastly on the last
page it list ALL terms which includes any and all fees pertaining to the
services requestedThe agreement was digitally singed with the following IP

equipment was also provided free of cost per the terms of the merchant account
agreement that was requestedMerchant proceeded to complete the installation
process and ran a test transaction for $0.02, services have been installed and

I am rejecting this response because:Merchant Account Solutions gave NO customer service to me through this processIf MrHerrera would have just answered my questions back in July 2015, which would have taken him less than a minute, then we would not be in this situationHe stated that he did not see my emails, but good businesses know to check their junk mailThere were no issues with previous emails between him and I, so I do not know why my emails starting hitting his junk mailAnd, all he would have had to do was email me a message like, "you are being charged an early termination fee - see the terms on your contract." In addition, just because that the terms stated that there would be an early termination fee, there are some companies that will negotiate terms with customersThis is also why I was trying to get an answer from MrHerrera, as maybe we could have worked something out to reduce the fees, or bring my credit card fees down, so I could keep an account with Merchant Account SolutionsEven after not getting any responses from MrHerrera, I faxed the closure paperwork to Merchant Account Solutions on 10/1/15, and I also sent copies of my emails to MrHerrera, along with this faxI waited for a response from the company for approval to return the terminal, again as the closure form states "This request will not be effective until the required documents are provided an approved." But, the company continued to charge feesOn 11/2/15, I emailed MrHerrera again, and he answered this email, I believe because I may have to go to the Revdex.com to get this resolvedHe said that I would be charged an early termination fee and to mail the terminal backSo, I sent the terminal back to the company on 11/3/Yet, I still continued to be charged $per month in December, and the annual fee that I had recently been charged of $I emailed MrHerrera on 12/13/to ask why I was continuing to get charged fees - as during this entire process, I was charged $430, while the terminal just sat waiting to be returned to the companyAgain, no response from MrHerreraSo, I contacted the Revdex.com on 12/16/My account was closed shortly after this claim.I think that it is only fair that Merchant Account Solutions credit $toward the early termination feeThe credit card terminal was just sitting and not being used while I was trying to work with the companyAll I ask is for fair customer service - nothing moreI think my request is very reasonable

It is unfortunate that the merchant has a difficult time understanding Doing Business Name, Legal Business names and even representatives names, seems like they are getting their services requested mixed up and is having a difficult knowing which service is which from other companies

Our Legal Business Name is International Card Service (ICS), our doing business name(DBA) as is Merchant Account Solutions(MAS)"Integrated Card Systems" is not in any way affiliated with us nor are they in any way affiliated with "Square"We do not in any way shape or form intercept or pose as anything else than our legal business name and our DBAAny and all our mobile applications do not have any other information aside our ownAlso the documentation attached to this case, isn't in any way shape or form associated to usEquipment was received July 10th (packages were sorted July 21st, 2015) and account is in process of closure any and all fees accrued during the month (July) leading up to account closure July 31st are validFees were reduced to $and the merchant was notified every month that PCI (Card Networks) compliance(questionnaire) is mandatory and fee would be charged if not completed within the first and up to completion of an additional $Also available on the terms provided through online application and welcome packet mailed out.

Minor Correction; my bank account was charged approximately $46.80, as I have two official physical letters from Merchant Account Solutions showing the fees charged to my accountI can provide copies of these if neededAlso, when MrBenjamin Hahn and myself spoke on the phone a little more than a week ago, he told me that the contract was signed from a different IP address that was not mineIf Revdex.com could request that the recording of that call can be pulled, then that would be fantasticI will also state again, I was supposed to be sent a copy of the contract I supposedly "signed" but have not yet been sent any form of information regarding itAll information I provided about myself and my business back in January when I was inquiring about the account was provided OVER THE PHONEIf the conversations that were monitored/recorded between myself, and the sales agent, MrB*** ***, could be pulled to show this, that would also be fantasticLet me reiterate myself, NO contract, whether it be electronic or physical, was EVER sent to me in any way, shape, or form, nor did I put my signature, again, whether it be physical or electronic, on such a thing.
Never the less, it's extremely interesting that no sooner than when I filled out my complaint with the Revdex.com, about minutes later, my account was closed with Merchant Account SolutionsBut, the charges made to my account were still technically unauthorized, per the fact that MrBenjamin Hahn did indeed inform me that such a contract that they speak of was signed from an IP address different than that of my own
