Hi ***, I'd like to explain further what actually happened with your order so you do understand fully why this delay occurred and I would also like to apologize on behalf of our whole team for the unsatisfactory service you feel you received when you contacted us for an updateI completely understand the confusion and frustration these delays can cause so I will remind the team today why its so important for us to provide as much information as possible when answering calls and/or emails The good news is your vinyl has shipped and is on it's way to you now! You can track your order at USPS.com using this tracking number: [redacted] With this delay we did experience a few things that created a bit more of a delay than anticipatedWe were informed by Hopeless that the manufacturer was experiencing some issues with the letterpresses and it did slow down productionOnce we received this information (9/21) we immediately sent an email out letting everyone who ordered know there was going to be a delay pushing the vinyl ship date to after 9/To compensate those who were impacted by this delay the email included a 20% off coupon code provided by Hopeless, a special poster was created to ship along with the vinyl and digital copies of the full album were sent out days prior to the release date to all customers impacted by this delay The vinyl did not arrive by the 25th as originally we expected, we followed up with Hopeless immediately for an updateAfter they made a few phone calls they were able to find that the shipment was being held up in customs and once released was slowed down by the backed up shipments caused by the hurricane in Puerto RicoUpdates on this were provided to us on 10/and we immediately sent out a second email letting all our customers know they should be arriving 10/and would begin shipping immediately once they arrived Thankfully they did show up on the 5th and we were able to begin shippingAgain I do apologize for the delay you experienced with this orderWe hope you're enjoying your digital copy of the album and the 20% coupon you received Your order should be arriving this week so keep an eye on your tracking Happy Halloween!

Hi [redacted] , Your order was shipped via your chosen shipping method MEDIA MAIL which is a less expensive shipping option available on media itemsUnfortunately, with this less expensive option USPS does take a little longer to process shipping and tracking information is not always updated in a timely manner MEDIA MAIL shipping generally takes 2-business days dependent on your location, but can sometimes take up to days if you're in a rural locationYour tracking information does indicate it left our Albany location and is in transit, unfortunately we cannot file a claim with USPS or do anything further until the allotted Media Mail transit time has passedYour package has currently been in transit for business days so it should be arriving soonIf you have not received your package by March 31st please contact us again directly through our support site so we can begin the process of filing a claim on your behalfWe hope this information helps and your package arrives quickly Thank you!

Hi ***, We are so sorry for the delay in shipment, there was an issue with the manufacturer that caused the original ship date of 12/to be pushed back to somewhere after 12/18, we sent out an email on 12/letting everyone who ordered know there was a delayThis may have been filtered as spam due to it being a "mass email" from MerchNowUnfortunately although we expected the socks to arrive last week by 12/or shortly there after, they again were delayed in transit and finally arrived at our warehouse yesterday afternoon (12/26) and all orders are being prepped for shipment todayYou should be seeing your tracking email later this afternoonWe apologize again for the delay and hope you had a wonderful holiday despite the inconvenience this delayed caused

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me On a sidenote to the companies shady practice, they can't even read or type what the shirt they are selling saysAs for the shirts, the were ALWAYS advertised as blackWhen I did a reverse image search on the shirt for sale all the results stated it was blue; nowhere did I find a black version of the shirtA quick look into the reviews of Merchnow shows constantly star or The reason for me adding this additional information is me trying to show and tell Merchnow that they need to change, hire more customer support (I was told by Jordan they have three) and to overall get a better grip on what they put out there and publish on their site Regards, [redacted]

Hello, I would just like to let you know that my complaint has not been resolvedThey company replied back to my complaint a week ago saying they sent my product to me and that I should receive a tracking number and they also said they would refund me what I paid for shipping, they haven't sent me a tracking number, a refund, or my product and I'm very fed up because this is exactly what they said to me in January when I first called them about my missing product, they are liars and scammers and something needs to be done about it, thanks
