Hi [redacted],  Unfortunately, the package has not made its way back to our warehouse yet so this is why we have not been in contact regarding your return. According to USPS they still have the package at their Albany sorting facility as of January 3, 2017. From what we are able to see...

the package was marked as return to sender due to an error in the address. I have filed a claim with USPS for this package as they should consider it lost as it has been at the same location for over a month. As with any return to sender package the original shipping costs are not refunded because we did ship to the address provided and paid the cost of shipment.  I have processed a refund for the cost of the items as we would if the package had made it back to us. You should see that in your PayPal account now.

Situations like this unfortunately do happen when dealing with an outside manufacturing company due to several factors including transit delays. We do our best to avoid any delays we can prevent, but when the delays are caused by outside sources we have no control, but once we're aware of the delay we do our best to update customers in real time. completely understand the confusion and frustration these delays can cause so I will remind the team today why its so important for us to provide as much information as possible when answering calls and/or emails.   The good news is your vinyl has shipped and is on it's way to you now! You can track your order at USPS.com using this tracking number: [redacted]   With this delay we did experience a few things that created a bit more of a delay than anticipated. We were informed by Hopeless that the manufacturer was experiencing some issues with the letterpresses and it did slow down production. Once we received this information (9/21) we immediately sent an email out letting everyone who ordered know there was going to be a delay pushing the vinyl ship date to after 9/25. To compensate those who were impacted by this delay the email included a 20% off coupon code provided by Hopeless, a special poster was created to ship along with the vinyl and digital copies of the full album were sent out 2 days prior to the release date to all customers impacted by this delay.  The vinyl did not arrive by the 25th as originally we expected, we followed up with Hopeless immediately for an update. After they made a few phone calls they were able to find that the shipment was being held up in customs and once released was slowed down by the backed up shipments caused by the hurricane in Puerto Rico. Updates on this were provided to us on 10/4 and we immediately sent out a second email letting all our customers know they should be arriving 10/5 and would begin shipping immediately once they arrived.  Thankfully they did show up on the 5th and we were able to begin shipping. Again I do apologize for the delay you experienced with this order. As I understand he customer has confirmed she did receive her order, we will need to reverse the refund that was provided earlier this morning by recharging the amount of $25.85 If the customer is not in dispute of this we can go ahead and process that for her, but did not want to do so without providing information on it ahead of time.  If she can confirm she understands this we'll go ahead and get that sorted out.
